Been working in the area, so I've been in here multiple times over the last year. Has not exactly been great Customer Service wise. But the last few trips in, it's been much a friendlier experience! Keep it up!
Hi 6 days ago I posted that I had another awful experience at Starbucks n. Dartmouth and gave up going there, so I tried the one inside target and was great. The barista was very cordial, apologized for not having fresh brew and asked if I could wait. It was worthy the coffee was great and I was leaving she offered to get me a stopper for my cup . Little acts makes a big difference, thank you.
Friendly staff, great service. Good coffee. In my experience, no Starbucks ever has food that doesn't look, feel, and taste stale, same case here (my daughter bought herself some kind of pastry thing). Not many places to sit, mostly just an order-and-go kinda deal. But the staff, service, and coffee were awesome.
