The girl who originally took our order had a hard time with a simple order, her other employee had to help her through it, that would be great if she was paying attention. The store was dirty, the floor hadn't been swept, tables and chairs were gross.

I was told they don't accept the coupons that we get sent in the mail anymore....it sounded more like the 2 children behind the counter didn't want to work.....poor quality sandwiches anyways compared to jersey mikes.

Food was great and the girl that made my food was amazing! The girl that made my sandwich had long blonde hair and was extremely nice! However, someone with very short brown hair made my friends’ food and the service was atrocious. One of my friends tried to tell her at the start that she has an allergy to lactose, but she rudely told my friend to wait until the end because that was when she would do the toppings. So, she added cheese to the sandwich without asking. My friend tried to tell her at the end, but said she should have told her before. Then, she continued making the sandwich and didn’t offer an apology or to remake the sandwich. At this point, my friend assumes there wasn’t any cheese because the worker didn’t mention anything. Additionally, despite ordering two sandwiches together, she cashed my friend and our other friend out separately. So, when they paid they assumed it was for both sandwiches and went to sit down. Then she yelled across the restaurant to ask if they were going to pay for their other wrap. But it should have been with the first one because they ordered together. Overall, the service from the worker with the short brown hair was horrific and her attitude was repulsive. We had to have the kinder girl remake the sandwich because my friend bit into it and realized there was cheese inside. Upon asking, the worker with the short hair, who made the mistake in the first place, seemed annoyed with our request and made the girl with the blonde hair so it. She was rude from the start despite our efforts at being overly polite to placate her. If you see she’s making your sandwich watch out!
