Food was good , service was excellent. House salad , prime rib sweet potato was on point , wife didn’t care much for the green beans , they had bacon and onion she wasn’t expecting, had fried pickles app ( was free ) they had a chemical taste .
Overall good but won’t be in the rotation .

The takeout portions are a joke no where near the same as when you are eating in the restaurant. At least charge less if your going to cheap out on our food

Worst experience ever had!!! My family came from another country and I brought them to celebrate my cousin’s birthday at Texas and they did not allowed us to seat together because 2 people got stuck on the transit, because of 1 extra chair we accidentally asked for we had the manager 4 times at our table asking about it. When the 2 other people got there they had to leave and go eat in somewhere else, we closed our account and they where trying to charge for a game that the kids didint had played and for food that we didn’t even had the opportunity to eat. It was ridiculous. I am never coming back!!!

I have never been so mistreated in a place! Shameful! Rude staff and a place with no empathy for customers. Worst place I have been in the US! Never again. I do not recommend it!!!

To begin, I’ve never had a bad steak at Texas Roadhouse until tonight. Make that two bad dinners. I ALWAYS order medium rare and it’s always good. This first picture was tonight’s - RAW. THAT IS NOT MEDIUM RARE! The second pic was from two years ago and it was maybe one of the best steaks I’ve ever had including high end steakhouses. Perfect.

I noticed in the case on the way in the marbling in the steaks wasn’t very good but fine, they usually do a good job.

Waitress said “warm red center ok?” and I said “Yes” because I’ve never had an issue.

My girlfriend ordered the Dallas filet med well and it was the other extreme - dry, burned, and tasteless. Awful. That is the third picture here.

The worst part is the waitress almost wanted to argue sort of. Just looking at it says NOT COOKED RIGHT. She says “Is the center cool or warm?” It was like room temp. Not warm. Not cool. BUT MAINLY IT WAS NOT MEDIUM RARE. So it goes back with “I’ll tell them it’s not the way you wanted it…” NO! IT IS NOT COOKED AT ALL!

People at another party behind us - same thing. Undercooked. It’s like they have the heat too high or the steaks are too close to the heat source. Outside is singed but the inside mushy and nearly raw.

I’ve never had an issue but after this, I’ll stick with Longhorn for chain steakhouses. This was chewy and tasteless. Just a bad meal. Very disappointing.

Also, stop with the blaring loud music. It’s ridiculous.

The food and service was great. But given either the time we went or what may have happened during the day - the atmosphere was way off. I would still recommend it, but maybe try to go when it's less busy.

We had a party of 6 adults squeezed into a booth. My husband had to eat with one hand and I couldn't even see my Uncle who was sitting on the same side of the booth, he was on the end, I was on the inside. It was so noisy and busy, I couldn't even get the waitresses attention as I would have liked to have my steak cooked a little more. The waitress told us about the special on gift certificates but I couldn't even get her attention to tell her we wanted to buy some until the other people in our party were standing up to get ready to leave. We always love the food and service, but this time it was just too hectic and crazy. We went in at 4:00 last Sunday, December 1st, 2024.
I also would like to add, I went to the ladies room before leaving and was going to meet my family outside, I literally had to wait for 16 people to go past me as they were going into the dining area, and I was trying to get to the door to leave. All I could think was what a fire hazard this was! I'm sorry it really was the worst experience at Texas Roadhouse in No. Dartmouth, MA. We have always enjoyed our meals and service as the Texas Roadhouse near our home in East Greenwich, RI.

Parking: It was really discouraging, we were looking forward to having a nice dinner with our family?

First time eating at Texas Road House. I like that they came out with four different types of sides that they offered, so that we can try, being that this was me and my husband's first time. We had the the 12oz ribeye, the half ribs green beans and loaded mash potatoes. Everything was very good
