I come here very often, it’s super convenient and when the food is good, it’s really good for a decent price and always very fast. But something ALWAYS seems to go wrong. Today was the second trip in a row where my flatbread was completely burnt, like, crunchy and brittle amount of burnt. The time before that they forgot one of my items (but were apologetic and offered me a coupon), the time before THAT I waited a good 20+ minutes for my online order to be put on the shelf before asking someone for help, who handed me a completely melted smoothie and cold flatbreads from behind the counter without saying a word? like I said, sometimes the food and service is amazing! But other times it is NOT and the latter seems to be a lot more common lately, which is especially disappointing as their prices increase. Overall I’d just advise to check all your items before leaving the store.

The new watermelon mojito smoothie is really good. I usually get either beach bum with white chocolate, the blueberry bliss or Bahama mama. All very good. I like the Chipotle chicken wrap too.

I went there: nobody say hello.Nobody help me with my online order. The employed there’s just look at you and don’t say nothing. I had to grab my food by Myself. Terrible customer service.

My wife and I go to this location quite often and I get the same wrap every time. For a while they messed it up a lot but lately they've been getting better but tonight once again my wrap was wrong. I always order my Caribbean jerk chicken with no black beans, no tomatoes, no lettuce, and no pineapple salsa. After working 10 hours I was looking forward to eating when we got home. First bite I tasted the pineapples. And I understand mistakes happen, but they seem to happen a lot here. We switched locations for quite a while for this reason. I mean really?
