I got there really late, right before closing and Felicity and Kaelyn had no problems taking my order and making my smoothie and I deeply and sincerely appreciate it. They are model employees that set the standard for great service and deserve a raise.

Smelled horrible like the mop isn’t clean and my smoothie tastes like water and it looks like old ingredients were used never again

I went here 1 day ago, a boy named brayden took my order and he was super sweet but i felt bad because he fell and busted his butt, i felt bad and asked if he was okay ( he was fine) poor kid slipped on a bannana, but he made me a good shake good job kid!!

Having a smoothie here is like playing the lottery. You never know when you're going to get a good smoothie. Sometimes you arrive, have a smoothie, and it tastes really good. It has an excellent flavor, but another day you arrive, have a smoothie, and it tastes watery, it doesn't have the flavor it should have. I think the workers here have a lack of control over the ingredients in each smoothie; sometimes they miss the ingredients that a smoothie has, and that's why they sometimes taste so bad.

The person working the window and then the manager charged me extra for a substitution because they didn't know how to operate their machines properly, after discussing the matter with them showing them how they made their mistake they doubled down and would not refund the extra charge. I told them that I didn't want the order after their mistake and wasting my time. They couldn't even refund me the entire order because of their ineptitude. They still owe me money and should apologize for putting me through the ordeal.

I have been to several Tropical Smoothie Cafe and This Location has the most rudest people working here, and the few times I've been here not once was my smoothie made the right way, it was disgusting!!! My sandwiches were cold and always done wrong...the smoothis are almost $10 which I would gladly pay for if it was made the right way and that also goes for their sandwiches which they NEVER get to make them right🤦.I never had this problem in the New Bedford or Fall River locations, Only here!! They all need to get Retrained or better yet REPLACED!!!!!!! Definitely Do Not recommend this location, Go to New Bedford or Fall River ✌🏽

Went and bought food from there and the whole center of my sandwich was cold. It’s like they didn’t even try heating it up. I don’t understand what’s so hard about it. Seems pretty simple to ask for tip tho before the service was even provided CORRECTLY

Excellent smoothie - Island Green with a scoop of whey !

Need more normal food options. Very small food portions for the price. Smoothies are almost $10! Also they hang out of the drive through window and make u put in your card....then it asks for a tip...really
