My wife and I go to this location quite often and I get the same wrap every time. For a while they messed it up a lot but lately they've been getting better but tonight once again my wrap was wrong. I always order my Caribbean jerk chicken with no black beans, no tomatoes, no lettuce, and no pineapple salsa. After working 10 hours I was looking forward to eating when we got home. First bite I tasted the pineapples. And I understand mistakes happen, but they seem to happen a lot here. We switched locations for quite a while for this reason. I mean really?

Why are u the only tropical smoothie who's drive-thru is always closed.. been going on for awhile 2 times in a row its been closed , foods going down hill to hate to see it used to be a religious customer

There were no customers in the store and I stood there while one employee was taking the other employee’s order. This was a long drawn out process and not one of the 4 employees made any acknowledgment that I was there so I just left Too bad because I like their food!
My smoothies are always good. I like the selection. I've never had an issue ?♀️????but I've never tried the food.

I ordered the chicken chipotle club with extra chipotle sauce on the side. When I received my order, there was almost no sauce on the club. I asked the worker if I could have the extra chipotle sauce that I had asked for. She asked her manager and the manager was telling her she put extra on it when I showed there was a drop of sauce on my club. The manager was talking to the worker and complaining when I was standing right there and being very rude, saying I have to pay extra if I want more when I ALREADY payed for extra. The manager was very rude and made my experience there VERY unenjoyable. I was being very nice and she was giving me an attitude. I did not appreciate it. Instead of just giving me extra after I asked nicely she was being disrespectful. The workers are always very nice and helpful, but the manager did not even try to be nice or helpful in any way.

Very good! 1st time ordering food. I ordered the Baja flat bread sandwich and sea salt chips. So delicious!! The only complaint is I sat in the drive thru over 10 mins... maybe I should have ordered ahead & or went in... but I guess as the others in line knew, it was worth the wait! I had the time to wait, so I wasn't too worried. The employee at the window was super polite and nice. Which make the long wait a little better. I would definitely be back!!
