Night shift some lame ass brokies can't even put an order together (intentionally giving me something that i didnt order instead of what i did order) how useless and absorbed in self-hate does one have to be?
Wasn't even served was told they are to "understaffed"... yeah that's not my problem. Will never come back to this particular Wendy's.

Don’t even bother go there at night time, they only have bunch of kids work there in night shifts and they WLWAYS come up with some bs excuses ( “our system is down, we can’t take any more orders” “we’re short staffed, I’m the only one here” while he was saying this to me I literally saw one guy walked next to him to make himself a drink) to not take your orders or not making the mobile orders that you already placed.

We ordered a baconator and we only got a hamburger with a slice of bacon. Unbelievable after we waited about 20 mins in line. Not enough employees and got our whole order wrong!!!! Terrible
Original review 2019: They usually do a pretty good job at getting your order right in a timely fashion.
Edited to add 11/1/24: This location has gone down hill 1000000%. After 7pm there’s only like 2 people working, even on a busy Friday or Saturday night, and after 8 or 9, there’s only 1 employee! Drive thru lines will take FOREVER. They’ll park you to keep their ticket times down but never come outside to bring you your food. The last couple times I went there was after 8 and there was only 1 employee working and they asked a customer in the drive thru to get out of their car and tell all 7 cars behind him that he’s working alone and isn’t taking any more orders even though they’re open til like 2am. Today they parked me and never brought my food out and when I went inside there was only one or two people working and it took me ONE HOUR AND SEVEN MINUTES to get my order! I wish my kids didn’t like Wendy’s because I never want to go back here. The manager SUCKS at scheduling staff properly because they’re trying to save the restaurant some money. GET A MANAGER THAT KNOWS HOW TO SCHEDULE STAFF PROPERLY! I honestly feel so bad for the staff that’s working because they’re running around like crazy people trying to get it all done, dropping food all over the floor, making a mess because they’re rushing, all while apologizing to every customer and having to explain to every customer that they’re short staffed because the manager won’t schedule more people to work & help. If it wasn’t for mobile orders being so damn hard to refund, I would’ve left every single time. Stay away from this Wendy’s!

Cold fries 🍟
Went to try the Krabby Patty meal. Tasted great, the (basically big Mac) sauce is good on a Wendy's burger. The pineapple frosty was decent with a slight reminder to the famous Dole Whips found in Disney parks. The servers were friendly and fast but clearly busy and could use something more help behind the counter. Good food I was satisfied.

Waited at the counter. Made eye contact with employees. Nobody could be bothered to actually speak to me, let alone take my order. I can only assume they only accept mobile orders and kiosk orders. Perhaps they should put up a caution sign around the counter where people used to be able to order food. For the record, I wouldn't mind ordering from the kiosk if it worked and if they actually updated the availability of items so you couldn't order something that they're out of. The only thing worse than trying to order at the counter is trying to get a refund for something purchased via the kiosk that they're out of.

I was really disappointed with my experience at Wendy’s. The prices were way too high for what you get, and the service was poor. The staff seemed disinterested, and the wait time was longer than expected. Definitely not worth the cost.
Michael is a talllllllllll glass of hot water. He gives me high quality meat everyday. I like to stare at him while he works his shifts, but he doesn’t know I’m there. He’s also a great singer in the shower. He also doesn’t know I’m there.
