If I could give this trash place less than 1 star I would, horrible service. They make you wait in the parking lot for your order every time only to get it wrong anyway. Stay away

I haven't stopped at this particular Wendy's in a very long time but even though it was the drive thru I was impressed with the young man who waited on me & had also taken my order ! He was exceptional putting together my order i had everything i ordered in my bag not to mention my drink as well ! Thank you so very much !

If I could leave zero stars, I would. This Wendy’s location has gone downhill fast. This experience occurred at **4:00 PM on Saturday, November 29th**.
We ordered two $5 Biggie Bags through the new AI drive-thru system, and surprisingly the AI got everything right — custom add-ons, removals, and sauces all appeared correctly on the screen. Unfortunately, everything fell apart the moment we reached the window.
The staff member working the window was miserable and completely unprofessional. No greeting, no “hello,” nothing — just announced the total and stared at me. When I politely asked for the pickles that were missing, he rolled his eyes, walked away, and handed me a small container of pickles. When I asked for the sweet & sour sauce that was supposed to come with the meal, he brought sweet *chili* sauce instead, with zero explanation and zero apology. He then shut the window before giving me my drinks, forcing me to ask again.
We parked to eat and discovered that the sauce substitution wasn’t just an inconvenience — it was borderline irresponsible. Sweet chili sauce has a completely different ingredient makeup, including chili flakes. If a customer has allergies, they should absolutely be informed before a substitution is made. My partner is allergic to chili flakes, so this could have easily become a problem if we hadn’t double-checked.
She went inside to ask for an alternative and was treated rudely and dismissively, told in a condescending tone that sweet & sour “isn’t available anymore” and that sweet chili is the replacement. No courtesy, no options, no basic professionalism.
The inside of the restaurant was also filthy. Trash cans were overflowing to the point where trash was spilling out, which made us avoid the restrooms entirely.
Overall, the service was horrible, the attitude was unnecessary, the order wasn’t handled correctly, food was cold and the restaurant cleanliness was unacceptable. We will never return, and I strongly recommend others avoid this location as well.

Guys will hit on you in drive thru 99% of the time, slow service in and in drive thro, 20 minutes ALWAYS.

They literally always mess up. They switched to an AI ordering system and still got my food wrong. It's not even a picky custom order, it's stuff missing or poorly made. Takes forever. Understaffed.
Edited to say today that my husband was double charged then it took fifteen minutes to reverse thanks to ai drive thru tech. As always, no sauce despite having asked for it and they *added* cheese to a baked potato that we didn't ask for. Literally the worst Wendy's ever lol. Needs a total overhaul.
The worst drive thru, customer service experiences I've ever had, ever. I gave it another chance about 6 months later, same disrespectful annoying childish male cashier. This guy is TERRIBLE. Long waits, cold food, weird, unprofessional service, swearing overheard thru the drive thru speaker before I was even greeted. Go anywhere else. Especially bad during late night hours but just plain bad in general at least for the past year. Used to really enjoy this location & Wendy's.. I'd rather drive the extra time to Fairhaven or Kings Highway because this location is now habitually horrible.

Very rude, slow staff! Overhead swearing in the drive thru. Cold food. This place has gone seriously seriously downhill. Go anywhere else.
