Ordered 2 salads and one came out after 15 mins and had to wait on the second for almost half hour. Terrible attitude from manager and cashier. Never would go back here. Manager didn’t even apologize he just argue about it. Didn’t even offer anything.

Would give a zero if possible. Had me waiting for nearly five minutes inside for order before I left unserved. A few times workers said they would be right with us but the last straw was when a worker walked past us to take a break. And only 1 car in drive thru when walking out. Not a place I would recommend.

EVERY.TIME. I go here there is SOMETHING that is messed up. I even specified to the woman at the drive thru exactly what I wanted and I repeated myself by saying “no tomato on that sandwich please”, and got back a quick witted “yeah I got that” response. Don’t say you got that when it’s not true!! Not difficult to say “I’m sorry, can you repeat that?” If there’s something you didn’t hear properly!!! Manners!!

Horrible Experience. Men’s room was disgusting no soap dispenser at all to wash your hands. Wonder how the Employees wash there Hands. Never Again I give a 1 Star across the Board. No Mayo to accommodate a sandwich how do you have no mayo. If you can avoid this Wendy’s at all costs I would.

It amazes me how this one location manages to mess up my food every time I order. Simple off-menu items and they can't make it. Not just wrong ingredients, but incorrect items too. Delivery, driver-through, and eat-in; morning, afternoon, and dusk: the workers simply don't give a damn. Go to the UMass campus Wendy's location down the street if it's open; you don't need to be a student to eat there.
Wendy's has gone downhill for sure. This particular restaurant was not very clean.

So hey it's another fast food joint, I must say I always feel like I'm eating hamburger when I go there..lol the fries were very hot, show where the chicken nuggets. You can get a biggie bag for $6 it is worth it. But they are all alike, that's why friendliness is big and they were very nice.
