Really cool new place in Dennis. Had some espresso martinis but i will be back for gluten free apps and desserts(they are all GF). Kayla was amazing and answered all of our questions 😊

Great wine list, wonderful cocktails, tasty small plates, excellent vibe, carefully curated music (vinyl), come here after the beach or before or after the theater or cinema or for dessert drinks and desserts or if you just want great drinks and small plates any time. We love this place.

Baleine is an amazing addition to Dennis Village. I have been here for a date night and as part of a group outing (everyone loved it so much that we came by before AND after dinner) and had a great experience each time. They have a wonderful cocktail and wine selection, and I can't wait to come back to try even more of the delicious food menu!

Great service and was very impressed with the bites served along with the wine.

This place has a cool, sophisticated vibe. Drinks were pricey but well-made, however the table service was absolutely awful. The server (when she finally acknowledged us) was super rude and dismissive, and was talking to a friend for an obnoxious amount of time while we were waiting to cash out. It really ruined our time here.

Not bad. Pricey though. A bit of gouging on wine. Maybe housing will crash soon and bring us all back to reality.

Simply Fabulous. This is a new place by local entrepreneurs Adam and Erica who also own The Pheasant in Dennis and Dunn & Sons Wine shop in Yarmouth Port. Great music by local dj. A vibe you won’t find anywhere else in Dennis (in the former Harvest Wine Gallery in Dennis Village)

I was really excited to try this new wine bar in Dennis and it did not disappoint. We went a little after 3pm on a Saturday and it was pretty quiet. There is some outdoor seating in front but we opted to sit inside. The seating indoors was very comfortable and the decor is very pretty. Our server was great and let us try a few wines while we were deciding. A few of us got cocktails as well which were excellent. We tried a few of their small plates to share and they were all very good. Definitely on the pricier side but it seems like it will be a great place to go for a nice drink and snack. We will definitely be back!

Outstanding!

I’ve been craving a place on the cape to pop into for a nightcap or for dessert and Bailene certainly delivers. First of all, the decor is straight out of a magazine. So moody and coastal chic.

Second of all, the small bites menu and the dozens of wines, all expertly curated by the somms from The Pheasant and Dunn and Sons, allowed me and my husband to try multiple things. A few favorites were the Grueyer Cougeres, the truffle bikini and the party mix, paired beautifully with the Gamay.

Third, the service. We sat at the bar and all of the bartenders were incredibly attentive and knowledgeable, even though they had just opened 4 weeks ago. One of the owners, Adam, was also there and making sure everyone was well taken care of.

All in all, this is a huge upgrade and I can’t wait to go back and try some of their cocktails. Highly recommend this new wine bar in Dennis!

I was excited for the reopening of this wine bar, but I was a bit disappointed. The decor is very elegant and relaxing. My friend thought the dark grey walls were too dark, but I liked it. There were almost as many staff as customers, so the service was fine. However, they lost me at their menu. We didn't eat anything on this occasion, but wanted to try some of their wines. Being a customer of Dunn and Sons, I had high expectations for the selections. The multi-page bottle wine list read like an epic novel, but the wines by the glass were no longer than an elevator pitch. I was hoping to see some flights - with curated tasting journeys on offer, maybe some food pairings. Instead there were limited selections, with high prices. The 5 oz pour ranged from $13 to $20 ($27 for champagne) with most being around $16. My bill for 2 glasses was $32. The wines were fine - but, I was hoping for something special.....

Baleine is an absolute gem, no surprise. With The Pheasant and Dunn & Sons Wine, they’ve done it again with terrific vibes, great atmosphere, food and cocktails.
