I don’t understand how hard it is to listen sometimes. I asked for three ranches And two sweet-and-sour sauces and there was nothing in my bag. So when I got to the register, I asked the lady for three ranches and two sweet-and-sour’s and before I could get out the two sweet-and-sour she had already closed the door in my face to get the ranches. I expected she heard me so I drove off and in the bag there were only three ranches and no sweet-and-sour. It’s not that hard to have good customer service.

The gentleman that took my order was very professional and very nice.. however what I got was an original chicken sandwich (oblong) in a round bun, I asked for a little mayonnaise and some lettuce and I received three pieces of pretty gross looking lettuce.. Did you run out of buns? 😂

Basically like a dying breed mediocre food half the time it's slapped together it's overcooked service is far from great location is dated and dingy. But if you don't care and you're just trying to fill the void in your stomach it'll work

Visited in the late evening 8/13. Woman working the drive through was extremely rude. At the speaker she was rude and interrupted me while i was giving her the info she asked for(name on the order). Order was not ready, even though i drove ten minutes and it was just premade cookies and soda. It took an additional five minutes at the pickup window. Handed me two large drinks and gave me a hard time when i asked for a drink tray. Then almost dropped the soda while hading it to me. Super unfriendly and rude even for burger king(pretty low bar, read the other reviews lol). Slammed the window shut at me in an aggressive way. I wanted her to check that everything was in my bag, and i had to open my car door slightly to be able to hand her back the bag. She acted like i was going to attack her, slammed the window on me again. I have no interest in attacking anybody, I understand protocol but she was being melodramatic about it and using it as another way to be rude. She makes taco bell employees seem polite. Basically if the dude with the goatee is not working the window, this place is a mess. You can avoid the whole situation by staying away from this and every Burger King because they’re all garbage, lol. I was not inside this place this time but most of the time when I go in this place it smells like a dirty toilet and I’m not exaggerating.

I went through the drive through yesterday and the wait was insane. OK whatever maybe they're short staffed. When I finally get there and get my food. I said thank you I asked for extra extra buffalo sauce. The girl then proceeds to freak out and say how would I know that, with an attitude. I was like i know thats why I was telling you. Confused where the attitude was from. She then proceeds to basically throw my food at me and slam the window. Honestly I was pretty mad because I didn't do anything but reiterate what I asked for and politely.
