Cape Cod treasure! I’ve been going there since I was a kid. Now I bring my grandchildren there.

This was a good roadside cape seafood joint. They have a lot of options and I've cream too! Wait times are not bad either.

This is a cute place that's got a long history and has a dedicated local following. The menu is extensive and includes frappes. You order from the board in front and your food is brought to the table. The service was excellent. Prices are quite good considering portion sizes. Unfortunately, I did not like how the fish tasted-it was nicely breaded and just out of the fryer when served but seemed to be completely unseasoned. Adding salt helped somewhat. The fries were similarly bland. The bright spot was the Cole slaw, which was creamy and delicious and I ate it all. I didn't ask for a box for my uneaten fish and French fries.

Classic Cape Cod fried seafood and soft serve ice cream. An iconic summer experience with seating inside and out.

While on a visit to area (9/15/23) we stopped in for seafood. First impressions were good. Went up to the counter to place an order, the cashier was not welcoming and displayed a look of being annoyed. I'm fair person but costumer is paramount to me. I'm also a ferm believer of what comes around goes around.

$18.95 for fish & chips was a bit dear considering you are close to where the fish were caught and you don't get much bang for your buck, tap water is offered for free, self serve, but the cups smelled like dead fish inside of the cups when you were drinking the water which was very good except for that smell, one other thing is when they serve you your meal, they should bring a few napkins as well since I saw a few people rushing to get themselves napkins after they got their meals including myself...the hamburger plate wasn't too bad which is what I got...

Captain Frosty's has a chill atmosphere and very delicious food at a decent price. We were nicely greeted by the store staff when walking in and they were very patient while we decided what to eat. After deciding to dine-in, they let us choose any seat in the restaurant and we chose to sit outside in the back dining area. Minutes later they had our food served right to our table. I highly recommend grabbing a quick bite to eat here; especially if you had a day of excursions and worked up a good appetite. As a bonus, feel free to take a cone or a frappe to go!!

Lobster roll was decent, not as good as I thought it would be. Not much meat for $22. Chowder was good.

I am a local over here in Dennis. I live about four houses away from where Captain Frostys is located. I have always went there for food and ice cream now I am very disappointing. I will never go there for ice cream ever again 2 cups like this for 15 bucks they are flurries. I’d be better off going to Dairy Queen and getting a blizzard and getting my cup filled like it should be not weighed and ridiculous for the price I’m paying especially being a Dennis local ALL my life!!! Very DisappointingParking: Too small always causes traffic jams on residential road

This place is a Cape Cod treasure. Really good value with delicious quality food at a good price. Had a $22 lobster roll that was excellent. Had a super tasty fish and chips and a Caesar salad. Love this place.

We’ve been to Captain Frosty numerous times during our annual visits to the Cape. Solid service, nice space (parking can be stressful), and, depending on what you get, the food is good. Lobster roll and anything fried is delicious. Not a huge fan of the scallop bowl. The scallops were a bit mushy and it lacked some flavor. Looking forward to returning next year!

Cute little place with slow service. The clam cakes were OK. A little dense but the flavor was good. The fish was terrible. It was a thin skinny piece of fish with 0 seasoning on it. Atlantic cod perhaps but not from local waters like it should be. Chowder also had little flavor, it mostly tasted like cream or milk.
