I ordered a ponder steak and cheese and a pounder pastrami both large. My sons was a ponder the pastrami was not! I paid $34.75 for two sandwiches that were supposed to be pounders! Never again, the girl who answered the phone didn’t even understand mustard, she said mushrooms! WTH?? Won’t be back to this one!AFTER THIS POST, the owner contacted me, apologized and gave me a guest credit for $15 to use at any D’Angelo’s that is not a franchise. This made me feel much better about the company, now to find out what D’Angelo’s is not a franchise! ?♀️
Worst Turkey sub I've ever had. On top of that, they forgot my honey mustered. It had 4 Jalapenos and a half a tea spoon of peppered Relish. I won't be going back. Guess I should have ordered something

The young lady Kate had incredible service and she was years ahead of her age on customer service. Top notch service and food, try it yourself and understand my post.Thank you Kate, you're very good at what you do!Dietary restrictions: The low carb options that Kate and John offered made it easy to feed my grandmother in the dining room. They listened to me and EVERY customer's needs and they delivered. If I had cash I would have tipped but now I'll return and tip twice. These two, and the other fella working were top notch quality customer service providers.
