I ordered online around 7:00 PM and scheduled for a 8:45 PM pick up. They called me at 8:30 PM and asked if I was coming to pick up my food and I told them I was on my way but my scheduled time wasn’t until 8:45. Instead of waiting until the scheduled pick up time, they made my order at the time I placed it so when I arrived, everything was cold and soggy. Additionally, they got my order wrong. I ordered a 1/2 pepperoni, 1/2 cheese and they put pepperoni on the whole pizza.

Really disappointed with my delivery last night.To start out the bottom of the mam and cheese sub was all soggy. The hots were laid on in a glob not spread out on sub roll . The fries in the chicken tenders and fries were way over cooked. The meat ball in the kids pasta was bare of sauce and like rubber. Never had such bad good from here always had good luck with quality.Really surprised me. Gotta add delivery guy as always so friendly best part of the meal was his personality .

We reached out to DHP to order but they hung up. It was ridiculous! We are residents of the Cape since 1978 but they seemed uninterested in delivering our food. We suspect the food would have been delicious if we had had the opportunity to accept delivery. If you’re looking for deliver you may want to seek out another option.

Pulled into the driveway and there were no other cars, we should’ve taken this as a sign. When we went to order our food the lady made it seem like we were bothering them when there were no other customers. When we got our food the sandwich was horrendous and the calzone wasn’t even a calzone it was just an undercooked cheese pizza. Many other good places in Dennis skip this one.

It was a Sunday, it wasn't busy when we got there, but all the online orders we're pushing our wait to about 20 minutes. They gave us some of the food right away. And then the rest of it 15 minutes later, which didn't make any sense antipasto was a couple of sizes in meat over an empty salad and the pizza had more grease on it then an oil spill. Needed all the napkins.
Kid-friendliness: Caution the hi-top seating is dangerous for kids. Fall Hazzard

Only gave 3 stars for atmosphere because I did a pickup. Whole experience was a disaster to put it lightly. The woman who answered the phone struggled to take the order and was talking to someone else mid order. I did ask for her to confirm the order which was repeated back correctly. I called in a grilled chicken salad, Italian grinder, linguiça grinder, cheese pizza and I tried to order a grilled buffalo chicken salad however was told they could not toss grilled chicken in buffalo sauce. I ordered another grilled chicken salad with a side of buffalo sauce. I ended up with fried buffalo chicken on my salad with the side of buffalo sauce. The pizza was greasy, and the crust was so hard I am surprised my son did not lose all his front teeth. The linguiça grinder did not have links but slices and the whole sub had 6 quarter size slices with some peppers and onions, the sub was not even filled halfway. The Italian only contained ham and was ordered with lettuce tomato onion pickles and contained very little substance. I tried to call in with my issues but after 5 attempts and a busy signal I resorted to a google review. $60 down the drain, I am fortunate we had steak tips in the fridge to grill because no one was satisfied tonight.
Very disappointing used to live here and love this place. Came back to visit the person taking the order did know what came on the ham and cheese sub, so I got a ham and cheese only on it as she could not answer anything. My son ordered a canzone that look like it was a pizza. Very disappointed customer

Really disappointing experience here. They told my wife it would be 15 mins to wait for our food ended up being 40 mins. Got garlic knots as an appetizer there was literally only 2 of them and they were small. I got a Buffalo chicken sub and it was mostly just sub and barely any buffalo chicken. I’m sure there are other places in the area that provide better value and service.
