This Dunkin’ Donuts is the Best, it’s never crowded because of the pleasant and professionalism of the staff and there very attentive and the place is exceptionally clean. Good Job!!

I went to the Dunkin Donuts on the corner of 134 and Route 28 this morning March 10th I had $200 bills and three ones I ordered my coffee went to go pay with the $100 bill and was told they couldn't break it. The man had 90 something dollars in his hands. 100+ in register. I have proof on video . He refused and refused to sell me my coffee even though he had a handful of money. And then he tried to hide from the camera but he knew he did wrong by racially profiling me I will protest this location until further notice until I get proper satisfaction

Sadly after being a patron for many many years and a daily patron of this location for about 4 years I will be ending this relationship. This location has taken a turn for the worse lately with employees that simply ignore customers or are just plain rude and unkind. I really look forward to seeing a smiling face in the morning when I start my day and this is unfortunately something that you won’t be getting at this location unless you have a personal relationship with one of these employees. I feel this kind of cold customer service is not what the Dunkin brand is supposed to be but it seems no one is overseeing this particular store. I haven’t seen a manager in there for months. Very sad day for me. I guess the silver lining is there is now a MaryLous near my house so I will now be going there. Good luck Dunkin! RIP

Ryleigh was the absolute best!! She made my and my friends’ drinks perfectly and they looked beautiful. The food was great and they actually gave a good amount of bacon. Absolutely best dunks experience

This store essentially ignores mobile orders until you get there and ask them to fulfill it. Received my food frozen in the middle. Would not recommend.

Had to file a complaint with the attorney general on this dunkin location. in mass you cannot refuse legal tender in any form coin or cash its actually illegal to refuse.

Put in a mobile order @ 9:09. Got there only to wait 30 more minutes. They were taking all the walk -ins 1st leaving all mobile orders to just to wait & wait. FINALLY we got our 2 coffees...the employee(manager) had not followed the order(lactose free) and I had to give it back or I'd get sick. Waited another 10 minutes to be remade. I've worked for Dunkin Donuts in the past so this isn't just a customers perspective I'm speaking from experience. This location was Definitely under staffed and it was clearly causing the organization & confusion issues. Need to hire more people (at least a women or two) and get a system in place to be more efficient. These guys were beyond clueless.

Absolutely the worst experience i have ever had at a dunkin in my entire life order our food at 2:47 on the mobile app. The time we got our order was close to 40 mins after we ordered, the first time we got our snackin bacon it was raw slimey and freezing, cashier cleared the lines mad there drinks while everyone for the mobile orders waited and waited all very frustrated, GO TO PATRIOTS SQUARE DUNKIN OVER THIS DUNKIN no seriously imagine if you gave the raw bacon to your child. Never will come back again neither will my entire family
