Depending on which location you go to is the quality a lot of times getting the temperatures correct on the coffee is a problem so there's a very bitter burnt taste most of the time if you get the $6 meal or the fight it was $5 the bread is no bagel whatever you choose is overcooked and the hash browns are undercooked. There's no happy medium you either get way too much sugar or it tastes like you have none at all in your coffee I blame that on those machines they're using. I didn't realize it until one day the machine wasn't working so they had to use sugar the old-fashioned way and the coffee was actually still too hot but really good without specific addresses I can't give specific details but I will say between Harwich Dennis and Yarmouth the coffee tends to be too hot

I’ve gone to this Dunkin for over 12 years almost every day. . I order decaf every time. 75% of the time they put regular in it. I have to watch them every time and correct them when they bring it to me. Some get upset at me because of their mistake.

Nicer looking Dunkin
I usually use the drive thru everyday to get my order and daily fix of dunks and as it is Sunday I ordered my family breakfast 2 bagels w cream cheese and a $6 meal deal. This time the drive thru is wrapped around the whole movie theater and again it’s Sunday I figured ah what the heck I’ll go and pick up my mobile order that I already paid for inside. The girl working on the to go orders straight up ignored me and began taking orders on the front counter I don’t know if that was to detour me. No manager or shift leader or no person in charge. Place behind the counter is trashed I’m actually disgusted and debating on visiting honey Dew instead of sitting back in a drive thru line because apparently what I did get told was I could not pick up my already paid for order inside if I selected drove thru (literally 0 communication)
This won’t be a daily routine for me anymore I rather spend my money where the employees don’t look overwhelmed and looks like they are miserable. This company makes millions of dollars and this is how it is run this is how the consumer gets treated from over worked employees underpaid. Common sense the world is only getting harder to live in if places can’t do simple organizing and communicate why would I waste my hard earned dollar here.

I’ve been here before and had good service but at this location this is not the first time for long wait times in the drive through. There was 5-7 cars in front of me and I understand that they were busy. But I get to the speaker and have to correct my order multiple times. When I get to the window it’s been 15-20 minutes. I believe the man at the window was high or something of the sort because when I said hi he made responded with a grunt. When passing me my change he dropped my cents before I had it in my hand. Then after having had to correct multiple things when ordering it was still wrong. In addition with only seven vehicles and 20 minutes with at least 3 people I could see through the window , I was now late to an appointment. I get we all have bad days but this was ridiculous.

I feel as if some of the on-tap locations carelessly pour the coffee in the cup and dump some of it out and dump some of the ice out and dump it all on the outside of the cup and keep it in the lip of the cup so it closes in the lid and it drips down your hand when you're wearing white clothes. You pull in line in the first thing they made was your drink with cold foam as if the cold foam is not going to be gone and they don't replace the cold phone they're just like "oh it's gone" handing it to you dripping with coffee. They often don't cook the croissant stuffer long enough and they're cold in the middle. I just spent $20 and everything is ruined. It's getting too hard to tell them every single day to replace my stuff. I feel like they look at me like I'm stupid or something.

No cold brew and slow service. This location consistently has no cold brew, you won’t know it until you’ve waited in the drive through line for 15-30 minutes. Won’t be returning!
