If I could give service a negative 1 which is low than zero I would these j1s are rude n they have zero customer service n they don’t know how to prepare a simple order and when you tell em your order is messed up they are rude about it as if they don’t want to hear it,,,, one of the worst Dunkin’s I’ve came to. Furthermore just put ppl at the register that understand peoples orders and understand what people are saying not people who don’t understand or act confused as if you’re speaking gibberish……all I wanted was my order to be good and I had to trash it.

Two orders placed AFTER mine were made and served BEFORE my 1 frozen coffee. It sat on the blender while the worker went out in the kitchen and made breakfast sandwiches (again, these were ordered AFTER mine!) Understaffed, like everyone else - but no reason to walk off and leave in the middle of a order! ☹️

First i waited 10 minutes for 2 customers to order before me inside store. I order 6 donuts. I get them in paper bag not a box. No wax paper in between, nothing. Come home to find all chocolate frosting sprinkles etc smeared on other donuts that are pumpking flavor. Price 8 dollars. Menu price online says 5 plus bucks. I paid twice because thats who works at cashier DD these days. I been living on Cape 9 years. You will not see me here again.

I used the app to order and it was ready within minutes. I was able to skip the line and get on the road. Food and coffee were good today too!
It took twenty minutes once my order was placed to get a small black coffee!!! Absolutely disgusted.
Very busy at DD south dennis rte 134. Waited almost 25 minutes for coffee & 2 sandwiches. Very disappointed #capecod
Advertised price on the glass case was $2 for 10 munchkins- was told that was not correct- what was in the register is correct. So charged $2.45.
