I would’ve given the food a review, but I didn’t eat it so I don’t know what it would be. But the front end staff extremely rude!! My husbands sandwich was made wrong (bacon added can’t eat bacon). When he told her that there was bacon on the sandwich, she slammed the broom/mop that she was using to the floor, grabbed the bag out of my hands and marched to the back. She returned back with the same bag, with the same label, and apparently just took the bacon off and threw the sandwich back in the bag. After that, I wouldn’t need it. I wasn’t rude just told her that somebody made the sandwich wrong that I can’t eat bacon and this is the reaction that you get very very shameful

Why does an employee of the DD have a giant pride flag sticker oh her hat? What does that symbol have to do with making my coffee? This is a disgrace! Good job DD by telling us where we can vote with our dollar. Never going to go here again until you've issued a formal apology and proof of her termination.

Every time I have to write a review about a place or a business is for the people who makes decisions to act and be aware of what happening, So I order a sesame bagel with Cream Cheese after the girl confirmed that they still have some, she comes back saying sorry we’re out wish is not a problem, but when she hands me the receipt it was charged another extra bagel and to make it worse the bagel I ordered was almost dry 🤔, So where is the cheese 😄. I will include some pictures.
Hope next customer don’t experience the same problem .

Terrible service if I could give it no stars I would. Place was nasty especially around sandwich station. 2 girls working that weren’t J1 students taking orders no one else knew what they were doing properly. After waiting 20 minutes and receiving 1 of my drinks I asked if my other drink was coming up. I was ignored 3 times until I asked a year round employee who told me it was made. It was sitting in between 10 orders that had been sitting there since 8-9 am. I entered the store at 12pm. When I finally received my dunka latte it tasted like chemicals I couldn’t even drink it. I feel bad for anyone that spends their money here. Just plain laziness and poor management on Dunkin’s part!

I ordered 2 sausage egg and cheese bagels with no E G G and two orders of hashbrowns. I got home to find she only put one in the bag, irritating but we move on. It wasn’t until I got back home from getting the second sandwich I paid for that I found not only did she manage to not make one forcing me to come back, but she didn’t put cheese on the one she made when it says EGG and not cheese. I don’t understand how something like that can occur on top of forgetting an entire sandwich but I hope reading and checking the bag becomes more common because this is too common of an occurrence.
Great service and best frozen coffee. Worth the drive!

I was joking about leaving a bad review to my brother because of the bad customer service but then I ended up finding some wooly mammoth hair in my munchkins and I got pulled over shortly after while trying to fish it out of my mouth so usually I don't leave reviews unless their good but I just wanted to share my experience here 😭

If I could give service a negative 1 which is low than zero I would these j1s are rude n they have zero customer service n they don’t know how to prepare a simple order and when you tell em your order is messed up they are rude about it as if they don’t want to hear it,,,, one of the worst Dunkin’s I’ve came to. Furthermore just put ppl at the register that understand peoples orders and understand what people are saying not people who don’t understand or act confused as if you’re speaking gibberish……all I wanted was my order to be good and I had to trash it.
