What an amazing dining experience!! I dined with a party of nine and was able to taste several different menu items and I’m hard pressed to pick a favorite. The Tuna Tartar and Scallops & Pork shoulder were outstanding! The Birch Ice Cream dessert was a personal favorite. Would highly recommend to anyone on Cape Cod!

An excellent meal in an intimate welcoming setting. Food and service were top notch, standouts were the lobster donut with caviar which sounds odd but was fun and delicious and The blue fin Tuna. We enjoyed each and every dish from apps to dessert

The food had the atmosphere with delicate Japanese selections. However the fresh catch halibut was overcooked and dry leaving it tasting not de fresh. And the sushi rice was more like Minute Rice.
The servers were inattentive and left me with oysters with no plate to eat off.

I was going to accept the fact that food poisoning happens sometimes and it's better to move on rather than linger on a bad memory. Dinner for 2 with wine...200 USD. Carrot arugula salad was inedible

Carrot arugula salad was inedible. The grilled carrots looked like frostbitten fingers. Saint Verans wine was great. My server, Ganta, was extremely good.
Unfortunately, food poisoning from bad oysters is one of the most extreme food born illnesses.
Years ago I knew better than to order seafood off a specials menu...specials are usually meant to move food that needs to be consumed or it becomes waste.
I have been in bed for 4 days with food poisoning. Great vacation...thank you so much. I ran a fever of 102 for 3 days nonstop and have been unable to leave the house because of how rapidly the body purges itself of poison.
I wrote an email to the restaurant and never received a reply. As the days have passed and I my health has not improved I decided, in the interest of informing others, that it is not a good idea to order seafood specials.
4 days wasted vacation, lying in bed sick. Thanks again...

We heard many good words about this place, but we didn’t find it spectacular as it was presented to us. There were two items that stood out, the lobster doughnut, which is very interesting, and the scallops with pork belly (not in pictures). The rest of the dishes had a plain taste, however, very nicely looking. The arugula salad had 2-3 pieces of beets, and literally just a handful of greens.. Overall, we found it overpriced for the experience, considering that it is an old house and the floor was kind of crooked, so the table was also crooked. I would not call it fine dining, but upscale.

We had great service, food and drinks! Even the taller host on monday aug 4 was polite and communicative. The patio was lovely and quaint!
Unfortunately, the other host was very rude and unprofessional. She literally did not believe we had a reservation and we had to prove it to her afrer waiting 45 minutes. She proceeded to tell her her perspective... the truth probably lies within how stressed and busy they are and she was too immature to handle.

Everything we had was fantastic. Our waitress was so sweet and everything she recommended was SO good! Seated outside and it was the perfect summer ambiance.

Drinks were good, food was ok but rather salty, service was incredibly slow. 7:30 reservation but didn’t get seated until 8:20 and food didn’t come until almost 9:30.

Absolutely incredible dining experience at Fin Restaurant! From start to finish, everything was exceptional, but the standout, hands-down, was the A5 wagyu. I’ve had wagyu before, but this was on another level entirely. Perfectly marbled, melt-in-your-mouth rich, seared to absolute perfection, it was one of the best bites of food I’ve ever had. Worth every single penny and then some.
My husband ordered the salmon, which was also beautifully prepared, flavorful, and plated with such elegance. For appetizers, we shared scallop on the half shell, conch fritters and oyster chowder. Every dish was fresh, creative, and expertly balanced. I’ve had other appetizers here too like the lobster doughnut and focaccia bread, nothing disappoints.
The atmosphere was warm and upscale without being stuffy, and the service was attentive and knowledgeable, especially when it came to the A5 wagyu. They treated it like the showstopper it is, and it absolutely lived up to the hype.
If you’re a true food lover and want a meal you’ll be thinking about for weeks, don’t miss the A5 wagyu at Fin. It’s unforgettable.

Wagyu is frozen, not worth the money! They claim it's fresh and it's everything but fresh.

Upon arrival, the host was not very happy when she found out we didn’t have a reservation (it seems like a place where you really should make reservations, noted for next time) but she was able to put us down for a reservation about an hour from when we arrived which worked out. We ordered the lobster donut to start and it was good and unique but don’t think I would order again. Then we got the salmon, a cup of the oyster chowder, and the heirloom tomato salad which was a special. The salad was just okay, I wish I could taste the summer truffles more but the tomatoes and burrata were fresh. The salmon and oyster chowder were both amazing and would recommend them, I would suggest a bowl of the chowder though - it was that good!
