We visited off season so it was quite. We only got appetizers they were very good. They called out fast and fresh. My drink was from their cocktail menu and it was delicious and refreshing. I would go back and try it again in the spring for a more exciting atmosphere.

Placed an order online for pick up drove from Brewster to Dennis port just to find the restaurant not open 2 hours after the posted open time nothing online or on the phone said they would be closed.

If you're anywhere near the area, do yourself a favor and stop into Red Nun Bar & Grill — this place is great. The food is really good, the atmosphere is relaxed but full of personality, and the service is truly next-level.
What really made our visit stand out, though, was Alexis, the manager. You can tell immediately that she runs the place with pride and genuine care. She checked on our table multiple times, made thoughtful recommendations, and made us feel like regulars even though it was our first time there. It’s rare to find someone who balances professionalism with such warm, authentic hospitality, but Alexis absolutely nails it.

Just don’t get take out! So we really like the Nun, but the last few take out orders have gone so south. A few months ago a when I arrived to P/u our order I was told a Door Dash guy grabbed/was given our food. He brought it back, but not before a couple items were turned upside down in the bag and definitely colder than when they left the restaurant. The manager was supposed to take care of us a few days later when he was as in but we got crickets instead. We decided to give it another try for take out tonight. (When we go in the much is more often then other places, it’s great.) My daughter’s well done burger was medium at best (1st pic), my wife’s MW was MR and my boys MR (2nd pic)were not cooked. These issues only arise when we take out. When we go in, things are great. I guess it’s insanity because we keep returning and expecting different results. No more take out for us… and hopefully for you. However, we will continue going in.
