I called in advance and asked for it to go order of fried rice and spring rolls. I asked for two extra eggs in my fried rice, because I ordered vegetarian and I wanted some extra protein. I opened up the rice once I got home and they're clearly was no extra egg in the fried rice. To charge 4.00 And not even put it in the rice is really not cool. In addition, my veggie rice had one, yes, one slice of mushroom. How do you make vegetarian fried rice with one slice of mushroom. I will never go here again. Every time I go, I feel like I've overpaid on what I actually received. When will the Cape get a delicious Chinese restaurant? There's so many of us waiting for it.

Kind staff and the best Chinese food in my opinion

The food here is always outstanding! We order a few times a month from Sun On. The prices are very reasonable (we normally spend less than $30 per order) and the service staff are extremely efficient and pleasant. The only con to Sun On is that their dining room could use a little updating - it is a bit dated. However, take into account that this establishment is 99% take-out orders, so the dining room plays a very small role.

It was good but they omitted a soup from my order, yet I was still charged for it.

First time trying their food, and I liked it. I got a take-out of special fried rice, beef teriyaki & crab Rangoon.Everything was very good, I just found the crab Rangoon to be saltier than anywhere else I've ever tried. Overall it was good and fair price. I'll definitely will be back again

Ordered for take out. Very fast service and food was still hot when we arrived home. We ordered a small portion of chicken, chow mein, and a small portion of shrimp with pea pods. The chow mein was OK needed bean sprouts and more celery. The shrimp with pea pods was lacking in flavor, but there was a good portion of shrimp and peapods. We would consider ordering both again sometime. We also ordered pad Thai. The pad Thai was flavorless and dry. The egg was crispy, the shrimp minuscule and chicken. hardly any at all. There were a few bean sprouts and they were over cooked in with the noodles. Not raw and crispy as in most pad Thai's There was one small scallion and a few peanuts. I would not recommend pad Thai at this restaurant.

Dreadful food. Chicken tasteless and total mush. Sweet and sour pork all fried breading and very little meat. Sauce had no veggies, pineapple, etc., just thick sugar water. Egg rolls burned.

The food was dreadful. The chicken was tasteless and mush. The sweet and sour chicken had thick fried breading but had little meet inside. The sauce was thick, colored, sweet water with no veggies or pineapples. The egg rolls were burned.

The reviews or this restaurant are mixed at best and that makes a lot of sense. I have always found that Asian, especially Chinese food can be very regional. I grew up in Western Massachusetts, left at 18, and come back to visit every few years. This is the Chinese food I grew up with and it was awesome. A complete blast from my past. This is Chines-American food, not Chinese food. This is Pu Pu Platters, Pork Fried Rice, and Egg Foo Young. Everything is fried. Nothing is healthy. I am sure MSG makes an appearance. The restaurant has all the appeal of a Cumberland Farms restroom. I highly recommend ordering your food to-go. Eating it in the trunk of your car would be more visually appealing. If you do not know what a Pu Pu Platter is, this isn't the restaurant for you. If you prefer "Spring Rolls" over "Egg Rolls" you should make another choice for dinner. The egg rolls here are cabbage heavy and could be used as weapons in a bar fight. They are wonderful. The pork fried rice is dark brown. The color of dirt. It's fantastic. I would recommend sticking with dishes you know and love. This isn't the place to get all experimental and exotic. For best results, stay in your lane. Portions sizes are great. There will be more than enough left over for a late night snack or the breakfast you know you want but would never admit to in public. I'll happily go back every time I visit the Cape.

30$ got me an order of spaghetti noodles, and side order of the fattest no meat ribs around. I understand food prices are crazy, but I honestly feel ripped off by this place. I hate to leave bad reviews but this place deserves it, pre pandemic these guys rocked, never again.
