Yesterday was definitely my last time going to Sundancer’s. We sat on the deck. Luckily it was a gorgeous evening, as that was the only positive aspect of the time we were there. Drinks took absolutely forever. They were probably too busy prioritizing the super drunk crowd inside. We watched a sobbing, wasted woman have to be walked to a car, who would’ve fallen over if bartender wasn’t holding her up. She should’ve been cut off a heck of a lot earlier. Then there was the table of 6 guys next to us on the deck. They clearly showed up wasted. They were super super loud and inappropriate, to the point that I had our 8 year old put air pods in because I didn’t want him hearing the vulgar language being yelled from these guys. Someone working there should’ve stepped in. Instead they were enabled and even joined in with inappropriately and loudly by someone who may have been a Manager. Our service overall was really really bad. I ended up having to go inside and grab everything off a table myself (cutlery, napkins, condiments, etc) as it was never noticed we didn’t have any and the server never came back so our food was cold waiting for it all. I ordered a chicken sandwich which came w toppings, according to the menu, but apparently not according to the kitchen. Gross looking tiny piece of chicken just thrown on a roll. I ate 2 bites, could barely even cut through it. Fries were gross. I figured you couldn’t get those wrong so that would at least be my dinner. My hopes were too high. Couldn’t dip them in either ketchup or bbq sauce because even those were gross. I’m shocked I’m not nausea today honestly, but I have been in the bathroom for hours. Never again.

We like sitting out on the back deck for a drink and meal. On a nice sunny afternoon the deck overlooking Bass River is a great spot! Food is pretty good... we've tried quite a few things off the menu. Really like the chowder and tacos.

I’m very angry I called to ask if dogs were allowed on deck and I was told Yes!!!! Well then the manager came and told me he couldn’t be there !!!! That’s BS!!!!

HORRIBLE!!!! We’ve been attending sun dancers for over 20 years but the bartender this summer was horrendous…he refused to give me and my family drinks for NO REASON. He was so rude and acted like a child over NOTHING! The manager also said nothing so we ended up leaving. It was a horrible experience and we will never give another dime to sun dancers. Pelham house it 10000000% better - service wise and food wise.

Had a great lunch on the water. Food was good but not great. Steak and cheese could use a little more steak and cheese. Wings were tasty but not as crispy as I like. Ryan was a great server and the drinks were perfect.

The deck for sunset makes the whole ordeal worth it. Food is "Cape Cod" priced and mainstream quality the service was sincere but there were mistakes. Will I go back? Every frickin year I will!
Totally disappointed. I've been here before and know they can do better. The quality was fair and portion sizes were small. Ordered a fish sandwich and duscovered the portion was half the size of the bun with a slice of cheese that was paper thin. My last meal here.

Great venue, amazing setting. Terrible dooman with some weird power trip, felt like I was dealing with mall cop. Might as well have requested my blood type, mothers maiden name and first pet. Not sure what his issue was but totally spoiled the atmosphere and we decided to leave early because of him. Rest of the staff seemed pleasant and it was a shame to go somewhere else.

Bouncer asked for multiple forms of ID from all four of us, even though we all had legal forms of IDs. He also quizzed us on where we were from, how well my friend knew her boyfriend of 5 years... Very personal and unnecessary. The weirdest thing was when he shone the torch in my friend's face for no good reason. Disgusting behaviour and turned us away from their establishment. I don't appreciate being treated like a criminal before entering a premises.
