Our serve Gus was amazing! I have a dairy sensitivity and he was so helpful confirming what I could consume, making sure to point out anything from our appetizers that would not be edible for me. The food was marvelous and the view was breathtaking. Definitely will be dining there again.
Ocean House is always one of my favorite restaurants. Their Chef is amazing with unique dishes that have distinct flavors. The combination of the presentation and the top quality ingredients used, is like having a party in your mouth with every bite! I highly recommend this place .
We had a lovely dinner at the Ocean House for a pre-Mother's day dinner with our moms. We sat at 4:45 which was quiet but when it was busier it was harder to hear. The food was over amazing. However the halibut special lacked seasoning and spices. The DRINKS were great. Over all it was a great time had by all.

Ocean House is the Best of the Best THE true gem of all of Cape Cod . The menu is both creative and delicious. The service is impeccable and the views and ambiance are incredible. There is a reason it is difficult to get in during the summer but if you have flexibility.... You will glad you did .

We were greeted immediately and with a smile. Our table was perfect right atvthe window. Our server, Selene, did a great job explaining the menu and answering our questions. She was very attentive, did not rush us and checked back often. The food was excellent! Very flavorful. Portions were goid size. The ceasar salad was one of the best we have had. The chocolate molten cake with salted carmel gelato is to die for.
Ocean House has the absolute best food on cape cod. Very innovative and consistent food and drinks. Great wine selection . Waiters are very professional and helpful. And the view........spectacular !!! Our favorite place to eat

The Ocean House has been a mainstay of quality in Dennisport for years. However, our recent experience there suggest things may be slipping. Bread is no longer served with the meal. This used to be our favorite. We had calamari which was not identifiable as such. My petite filet was tough and not cooked as I ordered at medium. It was well done. Service was excellent but if food quality is no longer a given I will not likely pay premium prices again for mediocre preparation.

We chose the 3 courses for $59 special and the steak and cheese rangoons were delicious as were the twin petite filets. The brownie was good but I wish the ice cream tasted more like a premium full fat brand. Service from the Valet to the hostess and server was outstanding as always.

We had ordered Ed the two filets medium rare and both of our orders came medium well. The usual delicious French fries were Luke warm. The same meal two weeks ago was delicious and the message last night was disappointing.
I made a reservation for 3 people, at the last minute one of our party canceled. The hostess didn't miss a beat. She was so gracious, and we were seated at the window! It was my friend's first time there, he had a great birthday dinner! Everything was fabulous, especially our waitress, and the food.

We enjoyed the 3 course for $59 meal last evening. The food was absolutely delicious, and perfectly cooked to our desired temperatures. Service was also excellent, friendly and efficient. We were seated far from the water, but the restaurant was fully occupied at the time we arrived, which made it a little noisy as well. We could still see the water though from our table. Cocktails were also superb, and even the valets were extremely friendly. We always enjoy The Ocean House, and this was no exception to the rule. This is a lovely place to dine, with excellent cuisine. I would recommend it highly.

Had made a reservation on open table for a 6pm time. And then when the restaurant sent back the confirmation it showed 715pm. I called the restaurant to straighten this issue out as it appeared to be a technical issue. The girl that answered the phone was very rude and unaccomodating and hing up the phone when we simply wanted to make the proper corrections in the system as we had originally requested 6pm. I asked for a manage to assist me and we got hung up. Unfortunately for the amount of money we have spent there over the past 5 years and to be treated this way is 100% unwarranted and unprofessional. So please beware that when you actually make a reservation to call the restaurant to actually confirm the correct time as their system has proven to have continuous errors. And for thr may the staff that answered the phone and not being accommodating is unwarranted and does not make us feel welcome anymore. Seems that they do not appreciate local residents.

What was once a wonderful restaurant has become mediocre. They have jammed tables so tight next to each other that not only is your personal space cramped, you can't get away from conversations at tables next to you. In years past, I remember light jazz piano adding to the atmosphere. That's gone. In fact, there was no music to be heard at all. The food, which was always 5 star in the past, seemed reheated and bland. I can't count the times I've enjoyed this restaurant in the past. Now I don't think we'll return.
