Laurie is absolutely amazing. With the loss of my mother shortly before our wedding, she showed me there truly are kind and gracious people here on little Cape Cod. We are truly so lucky to have connected with her and this wonderful bakery. The cake was phenomenal, but the entire experience is a story I'll tell forever. Thank you for everything. Simply sublime. Ian and Laurie have created a Cheers like vibe in this little bakery. Quite simply, it is full of love. The food, the energy, the welcome, it's pure love. Let's start with the cookies. I love dessert before my meal and today, nibbled a cashew oatmeal raisin cookie before my lunch. The cookies are divine. My Thai chicken wrap, to die for; spicy and peanutty good. I have been loving Underground for years. Our community is fortunate to have Laurie and Ian feeding us good food.

My 3 year old’s favorite donut spot was closed last weekend, so we thought we’d try something new. I am so glad we did! The Underground Bakery is so charming, and the service was warm and friendly. We chose a huge selection of treats, including homemade dog biscuits. ? The croissants were amazing, but my daughter loved the rainbow cookie best. The Frenchies were also delicious! We will be headed back this weekend to try the donuts (I was told they sell out early). What a cute little spot! We will be back again and again. ☕️❤️
Kid-friendliness: The owner was so sweet and made my daughter feel very special. ?

Very disappointed with the customer service here. We came in to get a few items and drinks, and the cashier allowed a bottleneck from a group of four to cause a delay in service to others. On top of that, a barista who came to help decided to to serve a customer that was in line behind us (a regular by their conversation).And to make matters worse, they gave us the wrong items.It's disappointing that this small business did so poorly today. The food was not what we wanted, and we already left when we noticed it. It didn't taste good, but that could be attributed to them grabbing the wrong items. Nevertheless, I would not recommend this place to my friends, and I would not go back.

I am so glad we hired Laurie from the Underground Bakery to cater desserts for our wedding day! Not only were our cake and cupcakes delicious, but her customer service was top-notch, and her prices are reasonable. After exchanging a few emails about what we wanted, Laurie executed flawlessly with no follow-up! She even reached out to me the week ahead to assure me that everything was all set (we dealt with a hurricane and Laurie was prepared AND flexible!). The professionalism here was much appreciated. And, our family could not stop raving about the cupcakes! They were so moist, and even retained their quality for enjoyment over the days after our celebration. Thank you so much Laurie!!
