I really want to love Marty’s Corner Café, but lately it’s been hard to justify the visit. The sandwiches and breakfast burritos are honestly pretty average, especially considering the high prices they charge for them. They’re not bad, just nothing that stands out for the cost.
What’s even more frustrating is the wait time — it’s gotten noticeably worse over the past year. Even when the café doesn’t look that busy, it can take 20 minutes or more to get an order during the lunch rush. There always seem to be plenty of people working in the kitchen, but only one or two actually handling customers at the front. Maybe the kitchen is focused on catering orders, but it definitely slows down regular service.
That said, the one thing keeping me coming back occasionally is their Oreo muffins — they’re amazing, especially when grilled with butter. If everything else matched the quality of those muffins, this place would easily be five stars. For now, though, it’s just an okay spot with great baked goods and room for improvement on the rest.

Marty’s Corner Cafe & Deli is an absolute gem! The food is always fresh, delicious, and made with care. Every dish I’ve tried has been amazing, and you can tell they really take pride in what they serve. The service is just as great – friendly, attentive, and welcoming from start to finish. It’s one of those rare places where everything is consistently awesome – the food, the atmosphere, and the people. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a spot that truly delivers on both taste and service!

Any breakfast sandwich with chorizo is the best! If you love chorizo this is the place, the breakfast tacos are my fav. It reminds me of Portuguese breakfast
