Didn't even get to sit down at this restaurant, as the greeting employee was very rude and disrespectful to my wife and me upon arrival. Alice's had been recommended by a friend and we were disappointed we didn't get to try the food but we certainly aren't going to allow ourselves to be treated so rudely. Plenty of other places to eat. 😡😡

Giving this place a 4 because of the constant long wait times. I understand this is a very popular place but I caught the girl taking peoples names down constantly lying to customers she was taking certain peoples phone numbers but wouldn’t ask other for theirs…we got told the wait was 30 minutes but it’s been an hour(worth it but)Great food and great staff overall they just need to be more organized when it comes to guest coming in and out , especially with the cold weather coming !!! definetly will be coming back though !

If time trying this place. Cute little place. Great menu selection. Irish Eggs Benedict was a little over cooked and could have used more Hollandaise sauce. Friendly staff. Food was hot. Would definitely try again.
