Finally thought we had a great place to meet and eat. Today, 11/10/2025 was our last time going. We got asked to leave because we were there too long and people was waiting. A we left, there were empty booths AND tables. Not 1 person was waiting. Waitress was very rude. Too bad. Never again.

We’d visited Alice’s several times in the past and enjoyed our meals. Waitress was lovely and attentive. We are always very good tippers too.
Today however i have one word for Alice’s and it is Rude. Two friends and I came for breakfast on Monday morning at 9 am. There were empty booths but they insisted to take us to a crowded table area. Even though we asked specifically for a booth. We three friends get together monthly to talk intentionally and enjoy visiting. Once we ate our waitress started hurrying us along, giving us our bills and coming back repeatedly to see if we were ready to check out. Which we weren’t. Eventually the waitress started to clean the table next to us, aggressively banging dishes. Obviously trying to express to us our time was up. Mind you there were empty booths and tables all over the restaurant. No one was waiting to be seated. Now if there had been a line or it had been crowded we would have definitely been in more of a hurry. The waitress was so rude… she actually told us our time was up and we had to leave. Again if there had been a crowd or people waiting I would definitely understand putting a time limit on our visit, but there wasn’t a crowd! So for Alice’s this will definitely be our last stop!

I was sat ASAP, the service/people there are absolutely outstanding. The atmosphere is equally as pleasant, smells like a good quality breakfast place. And the food, somehow, is the best part. It’s AMAZING. Big portions, amazing taste, good prices, genuinely don’t think it gets better. Btw I would recommend the Eggs Benedict or Cinnamon French Toast. My personal favorite items.
Only even remote complaint is that it does get busy, and it takes a minute to get sat, but that’s because the place is SO GOOD. 10/10

I was watching them in the kitchen. They are not following foodserve safe regulations. The girl who cooks the food touch her face a couple of times than touch the food without washing her hands . No use of gloves with anyone in the kitchen .

Overrated. Everyone raged about this place and this was so overrated. Nothing to rave about. All the foods are mediocre. The staff is hot or cold depending on the day. The atmosphere sucks. It’s a hole in the wall diner missing the great food. We gave them 5 tries and were hoping or waiting to get something better. Tried different dishes too. -The steaks have been super bad quality cuts, which sucks when you’re paying $20 for a dish. -The chicken has been undercooked and pink. -The hash benny also undercooked. - We got sick one time and all we had was their breakfast special pancakes eggs sausages toast etc. - The only good thing about this place is the coffee and everyone nearby has the same coffee.
Save your money and go elsewhere.
This sucks because we’re right in Dighton. Definitely an opportunity for someone else to open a new diner maybe?

Took my boyfriend and my Godson here for the first time recently. The waitress was explaining a dish to my Godson. Her explanation? The pancake was about the size of his head. Really? I didn't know insulting customers was part of the experience.
