A mess. Good food, horrible customer service. Bad attitudes and poor communication. Ordered a medium plate and was given nothing but bones and fat. Only 2 piece had meat on them the rest were all gristle. Was told to come back to get a replacement and upon returning was told that "goat has bones" š so they can't replace it. Awful service.

Was very dissatisfied with the Cajun Rasta pastaā¦ it was over drowned with Cajun spices on literally everything inch of the mealā¦.the pasta the chicken and the shrimp that I ordered on the sideā¦ I preferably wanted the chicken & shrimp tasting Cajun but with my pasta drowned more in Alfredo sauceā¦ but everything just tasted Cajun overkillā¦

Weāve ordered delivery a few times now. I really love the rice! The jerk chicken is very tasty and spicy. The Rasta pasta (when available) is spicy and cooked well.

Highly disappointed I asked for jerk chicken with rice and peas with cabbage and mac on the side with jerk sauce on everything and that never happened, the jerk doesn't taste anything like jerk chicken period the rice and peas are horrible it's nothing Caribbean style of Jamaica at all the food bad I paid 30 bucks i am highly disappointed i should have bought my food from flames, this literally looks like a plate from a Chinese restaurant the chicken just taste smoked there's nothing jerk about this plate.
Iām not going to lie. I went to this place twice in a week and the first time I was fine after eating the jerk mac & cheese, but the second day when I ate the oxtail mac & cheese my stomach was running like Usain Bolt.

The service I experienced today was extremely disappointing. I come here because I like the food but customer service is non-existent at this establishment. I tried calling to make an order for pick up as Iāve done in the past to only be told I have to come in the store or make an online order because they only accept phone orders for seafood. I make my online order for jerk chicken 4 minutes after getting off the phone, then I received a call 18 minutes later that there is no more jerk chicken after I was told there was. I opted to choose curry chicken. When I picked up my order, an employee tells me there was actually a jerk chicken plate set aside for my order and that she will switch it. When i got home, I saw she never switched the plate which was even more disappointing. I called the store to see what could be done and there was no mention of compensation for being given the wrong order. The overall attitude was āOh Wellā. Business needs to be conducted in a much better manner because this is truly unacceptable.

After reading what really happened because I thought it was the restaurant that cancelled my order not uber. I truly apologize I did not know. Yes, your food is great but I was greatly upset that the order was cancelled not knowing uber was to blame.
