I am of Bajan decent. Today I experienced the goat and Coucou (sp?). It was so good that I found myself swaying and humming. I almost expected my Bajan grandmother to enter the room and join me. The food was so tasty, comforting and just spicy enough. I also had the opportunity to meet Chester, the owner and Chef. In speaking with him, it is clear to note that he is committed to his community. While recognizing some of the problems, he comes forward offering solutions! I wish...
Checked out OASIS today and learned the owner is from Barbados so I got the oxtail and the turkey over pasta and wolfed it down at the park...it was still pipping hot! Great packaging to go. Got the cinnabun...with coconut, I taste? Glad I came in.
