I just now went yo this location and ordered a Chicken asiago sandwich with cream of chicken soup. The girl at the counter took the order as if she is doing charity. I had the soup at the restaurant and brought the sandwich back to my place only to notice that the girl had put in my order for a *steak* sandwich - which I don't eat. I called the restaurant and I told the lady who picked up, about their mistake. She told me to call back in 5 mins. Since then I've called 3 times and they are not picking up. Worst service.

I never eat at this restaurant because of prices and i will never eat at any ever again. Prices are way to expensive for small portions. I ordered a salad and i could've bouth from Wendy's at a much cheaper price and bigger portions.

This Panera bread has some of the nicest employees I have ever met! The girl at the cashier is so sweet and always so happy. She makes you feel good when going to place your order because of how much she smiles! Food is always on point, I always get the you pick too for $15 half broccoli cheddar soup & half turkey cheddar sandwich with a side of bread of course to dip in my soup! Always fresh and very healthy for a “fast food” place in my opinion. 10/10 would recommend and the atmosphere is always great also.

I didn't like my experience there today! The girl that waited on me was rude and acted like I was bothering her just because I walked up to the counter! I didn't have my glasses so I asked about the soups and she points at the menu so I had to explain why I asked. But what really pissed me off is when I get home I have a dry cold sandwich that was supposed to be grilled! Oh, and I think she was the manager because she wasn't in a uniform!!

Food was made to order, nothing special. Biggest complaint is the staff doesn't pay attention when people ask them things. My son was still given the women's bathroom code, despite him asking for the code to the MENS room, and then I asked, and specified in Spanish, he needed the bathroom for men. The guy behind the counter proceeded to explain to his coworker we were having trouble to get into the bathroom and she then comes around the counter and unlocks the women's bathroom. Im even more frustrated because I had just brought my daughter who's recovering in a wheelchair into the woman's bathroom minutes prior.
