Difficult to find an employee willing to assist when the place is busy (I visited on a weekday late afternoon), place was a bit dirty and unorganized, order rapid pick up and the food remains hidden behind the counter so that you have to wait in line for an employee to hand it to you. Visiting the following morning, the place was clean and organized so I’ve edited my review slightly.

Never order it from Uber eats because I ordered it from Uber eats at 7:32 and it’s currently 8 o’clock actually it’s 826 and I’m still waiting for my stupid food order and it’s not here so actually oh my God

Save your money... Or only go when they give you coupons. The South Bay location is underwhelming. The side caesar salad with chicken was disappointing, the iceberg lettuce wasn't fresh at all and what chicken! My half of Italian sub was decent. I would have been upset if I paid full price. So having 10.00 off helped ease my disappointment.

I like that its open till 10. Never run out of things (at least what I order) unlike lots of Paneras.

Sorry this location has changed, ordered what should have been 6 fresh sliced bagels and got 6 rock hard ice cold like they had been frozen bagels, I should have known when the server behond the counter had trouble slicing them.

I made an online pickup order. The order was completely wrong. I tried calling the store but no one answered. I went into the location to have my order corrected. Customer service was horrible.

Waited way too long for a cold bagel with cream cheese on the side. Menu says toasted bagel with cream cheese spread. This is a restaurant if I wanted to make my own food, I would've bought it at a grocery store. Service was rude and food was undercooked and under prepared. Spacious restaurant but filled with allot of people who are not even customers. Overall disappointing.

Just gave them $230 for a college hockey team breakfast order and they missed two sandwiches. When I went back the manager was a complete jerk & not understanding at all. She thinks she’s all big & bad but really doesn’t know how to run a business. Wouldn’t go there again and she should be fired
