The reason I keep buying from here is because the food is good even tho is a bit pricey and the portion are small.the reason I give them a 1 star review is because they always messing up the order like 9/10 times they get me the wrong order or there’s a missing item and the sad part is that you get no refund from that . They are so focus on other things that are not aware of the orders they are making

The food is ok, and the ladies working there are doing a good job, but if you are planning on having a peaceful, quiet, and enjoyable meal, this is not the place, the last time I when there the music was so loud that we were reading lips to be able to communicate, my ears were pounding and I developed a headache due to the extreme audio level

I ordered lunch on a Sunday for the first time online. Online estimated the order would be done in 25min. I arrived to pick up the lunch on time. It was not ready. I waited an additional 40min for lunch and was very disappointed. The place was busy with people going in and out to get their lunches but for some reason my lunch took forever. Besides that the food was good. I ordered 2 sandwiches, chicken fingers, plantains, a patacon and they were all good. I would consider returning if I'm in the area only if the wait is not long.

Asked for a pastelitos to eat while they were cooking the chicken, they forgot to make it, I saw 10 people get their food ready that came after me. Human mistake, pero es un descuido. I left without it, smh

I order a 6 piece fried chicken that the cost was 16.99 when I put my. Card to pay was 20 plus I ask her why is a different amount and she said because of the taxes??

Walked in and there were only 2 people waiting to order. Greeted the cashier as I got ready to place my order and got blank stares not even a smile. Referenced to the menu to make placing the order easier as I noticed no one spoke English. As I ordered and asked to add more to an order that I was placing (another rice & beans) I received eye rolls and confused stares. I was very patient with the cashier and explained what I was trying to order. Both cashiers were very rude when I asked for help to make sure I was able to place my order ended up with a very unpleasant experience! I am visiting from out of town and wanted to support a local food spot from my hometown and was very disappointed will not be returning! Hope that the manager will see this and work on training the staff with better customer service and not only pleasant to people who speak Spanish.
