I order a 6 piece fried chicken that the cost was 16.99 when I put my. Card to pay was 20 plus I ask her why is a different amount and she said because of the taxes??

Walked in and there were only 2 people waiting to order. Greeted the cashier as I got ready to place my order and got blank stares not even a smile. Referenced to the menu to make placing the order easier as I noticed no one spoke English. As I ordered and asked to add more to an order that I was placing (another rice & beans) I received eye rolls and confused stares. I was very patient with the cashier and explained what I was trying to order. Both cashiers were very rude when I asked for help to make sure I was able to place my order ended up with a very unpleasant experience! I am visiting from out of town and wanted to support a local food spot from my hometown and was very disappointed will not be returning! Hope that the manager will see this and work on training the staff with better customer service and not only pleasant to people who speak Spanish.

It was one of my favorite places to eat, I normally went 4-5 days a week to buy chicken but they haven't delivered the food they owe for more than two months and they send me the food they want. Right now I just received the food I ordered. for dinner and the food tastes burnt and smells bad. I really won't buy from this place again. I already spoke with the owner privately to let him know my disagreement but apparently they don't care what the customers say.

Got here at 11:40 pm made my order at 11:15 pm yet I had to wait over 35 minutes for them to make 12 wings mind you this place is absolutely empty no customers….. worker are walking by saying absolutely nothing not reassuring anyone or anything awful service never
Ordered food through dasher guess someone stole food and they refused to make order again. First time trying to order from this place, sadly afraid to try again due to someone stealing order last time and them refusing . Don’t want to risk it

They gave me a “beef patty” with nothing in it aside from what looks to be RAW meat. So unsafe and gross. I order from here quite often but after that.. I don’t think so. Posted the pic to their photos dk that it will stay
