I go here sometimes just because I want to support a local business rather than going to dunkin or Starbucks but they don't make it easy. It's more expensive and hot coffee is frequently just tepid.

So many flavors of coffee, but they also have tea!!! I got an iced peach matcha with almond milk, and it was DIVINE.
They have maple matcha for fall, but the peach sounded best.
I also got an egg and cheese sandwich on a plain bagel.
The bagels are decent. They have three options: plain, cinnamon raisin, and everything, and they have a TON of muffins!
Service was so fast, despite a long line, and everyone was so friendly.
Fully accessible.
Parking on the street out front.
Also, breakfast for three of us was only $12. The matcha which I went back to get, was the typical matcha pricey ($6.50 I think), but the bagels, even as a sandwich, were decent!
Really enjoyed the visit and would go back!

Went to the Dorchester location today, usually have a nice visit, but today one of the women making coffee was extremely rude. I asked politely and was friendly asking what was in a witch's brew. She responded with "it's coffee, I don't know it's Arabic." She wasn't even the person taking my order, just jumped in the conversation and was pretty rude and wouldn't tell me what was in it. There was only one person behind me so it wasn't like there was a huge line.

I really enjoyed my breakfast croissant with sausage and egg on the morning of October 20, 2023; and, my first time visiting a PS Gourmet location.A wide variety of coffee is available. Service was good and parking available directly on site.

From out of town and we were on the 201 and the bus turned the corner and seen the coffee shop. We had to get off and check this out. We enjoyed the coffee here. Got the coffee and I got the latte. Yesterday was veterans Day and being in town for 3 days. I've only seen two establishments honoring veterans. This was one of them.

This is my third time coming after ordering online, only to wait 30 minutes in the store. If you’re understaffed, you really need to turn off online ordering, or at least have the app give a realistic expectation of when the order will be done. I’m more upset for the poor girl working solo trying to deal with angry customers and making hundreds of coffees and hour. If I was her I’d quit.

Order your sandwich online and then your coffee in person if you want to avoid waiting 25+ minutes and your coffee being a watery mess.
