Loving the foods here. Canjun is best for us. My boys love seafoods and especially when they got big crawfish 😋

ALWAYS my first choice for seafood boil and its ALWAYS good. The special sauce is 10/10. Portions are a great value. Spice is 🔥. I dont usually eat in cause its a small space but extremely clean 👌

Horrendous service, placed an order and had to wait over an hour for it, handed me my bag with attitude? after waiting for the hour.

Terrible Experience – Would Not Recommend

I had a really disappointing experience at Shaking Seafood. From the moment I sat down, the customer service was off. I was shocked to find out I had to pay $4 just to sit at a table — something I’ve never encountered at a restaurant before. On top of that, I was charged an extra $5 just to eat ‘crab’ that I had already paid for. It honestly felt like they were just looking for ways to nickel-and-dime customers.

To make things worse, the service was extremely unprofessional. Our waitress rolled her eyes multiple times during our visit and had a rude, condescending attitude the entire time — not just toward us, but toward other customers as well. It made the whole experience uncomfortable and frustrating.

The food might be mediocre but it’s hard to enjoy a meal when you’re being overcharged and disrespected. I won’t be coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for a good dining experience.

For the many years I've lived in Dorchester. This is the first time visiting chicken and seafood. I was pleasantly surprised by the experienced and we totally enjoyed our food.

The atmosphere here is dead like barley any light besides sunlight and the servers are rude and very unprofessional, I went to pay and I am a student I’m only 18 years old and work very hard for my money . The lady that was at the front desk it might be the manager I’m not sure but she was looking at me when I was writing my name on the receipt cause I felt pressured to give a tip to I tipped 1.00 cause I only have a certain amount of money , the lady proceeded to tell me I have to put more cause I can’t put that much and that I have to put more almost forcing me to pay her more in tips !! Just very rude very unprofessional never going here again !!!

Food was terrible did not get what I wanted

The food was awesome with some very friendly staff, been driving by this place since they open but never had the right time to stop until today, gladly I don’t regret my decision cuz is my new favorite spot in the neighborhood.

This is the third time I went There I usually go to the one in Rosendale way better seafood is expensive. It’s not cheap so therefore they need to stop being cheap Take out is different from dining in when u come here the food be dry They don’t put enough sauce on the food The sauce be watered down and when you check your food, they give you an attitude But I will not be coming to this one and it’s down the street from my house and I prefer to go to Rosendale but when you come to this Location do not do takeout Only dine in

Stumbled in to this absolute gem while visiting Boston. Highly recommend! Everything was delicious and the ambience is off the charts fun.
