i go to this starbucks alots,i come here mostly everyweek and i love the old employees cause they know how to MAKE the drink good and i just bought some matcha and coffee today and the new employees don’t even mix it and it don’t looks good, like it make u don’t wanna drink it , also the cold foam too loose and they forgot my cookie crumbles and i told them that they forgot my cookie crumble they still looks confused, and one last thing, they talking way too long to made a drink , i alway order on the app and i took 20 mins there and they still didn’t make my drink, i know they new but they taking too long, they need to do better then this

This is my go to starbucks but the last month I have had to wait 20min for a drink and the drink quality is getting very bad. Yall need to figure out whats happening or you will keep losing customers

Been coming to the South Bay location since 2021 Sorry to say this was my favorite Starbucks shop. Not anymore the staff is not welcoming. I’m a regular customer my order has been messed up several times my order stays the same Carmel Macchiato, oatmeal with berries, dried fruit, and brown sugar. I in store and on the app. I have asked for my money back twice. Had my order remade over and it was horrible. The Staff that knows me well no problem with them, there’s new staffing with no customer service no effort. Food and drinks -6. I will not be going back to South Bay location no time soon.

I ordered a falafel pocket and they gave me chicken pocket. I am a vegetarian and I was very disappointed, but they didn’t care about this mistake at all and just gave me another pocket.

Genuinely annoyed at my visit to Starbucks today, but it has nothing to do with the people who are absolutely working their butts off there. The waiting line was probably 20 people deep, people were getting annoyed, the workers were working as fast as they could, and yet whatever visiting manager was wandering around couldn’t be bothered to put on an apron and help out. Instead, all I saw her do was getting the face of the one guy working on taking orders.

This location has long needed additional ovens and drink machines – it took 30 minutes from the time that I ordered to the time that my food came out – and yet nothing gets done, and the workers – all of whom are working at a lightning pace – bear the brunt of the frustration.

Just genuinely frustrating to see whatever district office manages this branch fail it’s so badly, especially when it could be making so much more money, given the location it’s in.

Stood there for 20 minutes and watched this girl with black and red hair screw up making a pink drink SO badly. As someone who was a partner, I didnt even know you could mess up a pink drink THAT badly when you have literal instructions ON the shaker… maybe dont double batch two venti size drinks in one shaker because the coconut milk and acai base were separated soooo awfully (she shook it 3 times regardless). Being busy doesnt excuse not following standards. Its a shame honestly.

THIS HAS TO BE ONE OF THE BEST STARBUCKS IN BOSTON BY FAR! When I first walked in I was gently greeted with a smile and wave by the cashier Adriana! Wonderful human being, and her customer service is amazing!! She helped me download the app to further my Starbucks love, isn’t that amazing! I will be returning hoping to see her face there!

The music is very very loud. The A/C is extremely cold and you can’t stay there more than 10min so is not a good place to work with your laptop.
They didn’t refill my coffee because they told me it is just for american coffee but in other stores refill me even I paid for a latte.
The terrace is good.

Came in just for a water bottle. Got a cup of ice also. Usually would get some coffee or a snack but alreast had coffee early. Got really thirsty after a long drive and walked to top of parking lot in stairs to get some steps in but got a little light headed. The second time I went up I used the elevator instead.
