My guest and I were shocked and disappointed by the customer service we received during our last visit. I specifically asked if two flavors of rolled ice cream could be combined in one cup, and was told yes. The flavors I ordered were passion fruit and birthday cake. However, when I received my order, there was barely any sign of passion fruit ice cream in taste and appearance. Instead, the cup was almost entirely birthday cake, identifiable by the sprinkles throughout every roll.
When I raised this issue with two staff members, it took them quite some time to suggest a solution. To my surprise, rather than remaking the order correctly, they took back the cup I had already tasted from—where the rolls had already started losing shape—and simply splashed passion fruit syrup over the top before handing it back to me.
This was unsanitary, unprofessional, and insulting. Syrup splattered on top of birthday cake ice cream is not equivalent to the $7.50 passion fruit ice cream I had ordered and paid for. In line with basic food service standards, the order should have been remade properly instead of being dismissed in this demeaning way. I was particularly disappointed because my previous visit to this location had been pleasant.

Too sad that I paid more than $24 for my deserts but can not even have a stamp on loyalty card, just because mine order did not qualified to collect a stamp.I ordered 3 new items of soft serve. So, What is the stamp meaning for???
