The warm lobster roll actually had little to no taste or flavor. It was a disappointment for sure. The truffle fries were excellent as were their crispy wings. Service was mediocre but the outdoor seating was nice.

The Pearl is a fantastic Black-owned restaurant with delicious, beautifully presented dishes. Jessica, our server, was really friendly and gave great recommendations that made the meal even better. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting—perfect for a relaxed night out or celebrating something special. I’d definitely recommend giving it a try!

Traveling to Boston for the first time from the South for business. I tried the Lobster roll. It was so tender! The Pearl Potion was my drink. Dee was my amazing bartender. I will be returning again

My friend and I had a reservation for 9 pm. We arrived at 8:50 and talked to the hostess who said our table would be another 10 min. We walked outside across the street and came back within the 10 min. Waited in the area and no one came to get us. I had to call the restaurant to let them know we were waiting outside and nobody was there. Manager came out and told us that hostess left early. Then we to wait another 20 min for a server to come and that was only because I asked the busboy if he could find someone. i should have have left at that point. The food took another 30 min to come out.
The lobster Mac and cheese tasted like Kraft with three small pieces of lobster placed at the very bottom of the dish. My friend regreeted ordering especially when the waiter described the dish as " A work in progress". Overall, an expensive dish ($28) for a abysmal taste. The Shrimp Scampi had no seasoning and tasted only of lemon juice. While the salmon was ridiculous overpriced considering it came only with salmon, a handle of of potatoes and spinach with gravy.
We paid our bill and left. I didn't even try and waste time asking if they even had desert.
