Went in to pick up my walk in order. The order was incomplete even though I had ordered it through the app 10 minutes prior to arriving. While in the building, an employee was arguing with his manager. None of the employees looked happy. I had to called out to get someone’s attention after five minutes of standing there to get my order correct.
No a good experience at all compared to some of my favorite Dunkin’s

Train the staff better or stop hiring kids who clearly do not want to work there! I had to repeat my order 3 times and she still wasn’t listening nor did she get my drink right! It’s a medium ice mocha xtra light no sugar!! It’s not a difficult drink! I was t rude and didn’t say anything but I’ hope they find new hell because I won’t be back any time soon! And I’m sure I’m not the only person whom feels this way either
