Not a pleasant experience today… Normally it hasn’t been an issue but today was not good. I ordered a Turkey sausage sandwich and they put regular sausage on it. I brought it back as the person I ordered it for is allergic to the regular sausage. When I drove all the way back the manager said that they were out of turkey sausage. That’s fine but if you run out of something but tell the customer. The manager gave me a refund for it but the frown and attitude that went along with it was annoying. I also ordered a sweet cold brew with cream and once I got back home it had no cream or sugar that I ordered in it… It was horrible and at this point I gave up and didn’t drive back again. Hopefully they get back on track and don’t deceive the customer and pay attention to detail when preparing order.

Most of the time I am in and out with no issue. However, whenever there is a call-out or a manager isn’t present, the staff will close the entire lobby and just focus on drive-thru traffic. They still will accept walk-in orders however, and will look at you and do nothing as you knock on the door to pick up the order you already purchased. This just happened on 8.6.2023 at 8:00am. I had to stand in line and walk up to the drive-thru window to get my order. Not only is that unsafe for your customers, it is also denying those that do not have a car! I shop here pretty regularly and work next door. This is inexcusable. When I asked to speak to a manager the woman at the drive thru window said “Lobby is closed because the manager didn’t bother to come in today.”Not my problem. You took my money. Give me my food in a safe location.

I would overall rate this Dunkin's 3 stars since I typically have an average experience here (my orders are never wrong at least) but I had to leave a 1 star review after my experience this morning. I will begin by stating I am partly to blame, as I should have ensured that my order went through on the app before arriving in the shop. When I walked in I went to the pick-up section and saw that my order (which had been placed, or so I thought, 10 minutes before) was not there. I waited for one of the two employees, who were just standing around as there was no one in the drive-thru or in line waiting for orders, to notice me. One of the employees did and asked what I needed. I told them my name and that I had placed a pick-up order. The employee quickly scanned a receipt and told me they didn't have it. I responded "oh okay," confused as to what happened. Instead of offering to help solve the issue (again, at this point I wasn't sure if it was an issue on my end or their end), the employee very rudely told me I likely sent it to another Dunkin's. This employee didn't apologize for the mix up, nor did they offer to help in any way. They looked at me like I had 5 heads and basically waited for me to leave the store. I'm not a customer who expects staff to always go above and beyond or even be super friendly at 7 in the morning, but this employee was unnecessarily rude and refused to be helpful to the one customer in the store at that time.
