Beautiful building and landscaping gorgeous at Lakeview Dracut DDs visited for a couple of weeks arrive early am when doors open both bathrooms disgusting nasty not cleaned at all the toilets are gross not cleaned no toilet paper in bathroom have to use the other bathroom had tp but nasty too and I have been in there quite a few times early am when doors just opened and at closing and the girl that opens the doors of DDs never cleaned them as awaited to doors open to use the restroom she drives a silver old car license plate z girl Mammoth Rd DDs Dracut beautiful landscaping but is nasty uncleaned as I went there too to use restrooms. They both have alot of employees it's a shame

Worst Dunkin’s in the area. And there’s plenty. Slow service, wrong orders, bad customer service. This is a disappointing 10 minute stop even if you are the sole customer, in store or drive-thru.

This Dunkin' location has it all: great location east in and out spot off the main road in Dracut, ample parking, fast drive-thru, and lots of seating, too! I recently ordered several boxes of coffee, and they offered to help carry out my large order to my car. Excellent service! Highly recommended!

Every time I go here it’s always something, I order food and get half the order. Looks like they throw food in a bag upside down. I would take a picture but it doesn’t do a justice. Rarely do I go to any dunks but when I do they never let me down with something being wrong… oh well guess that’s my fault for thinking I’d get what I pay for.
I’ve worked for Dunkin about 9 years. And this location specifically has always been an issue for me. My spouse and I decided to stop last minute, and the Assistant mgr(blue shirt) was order taker… this was the most disrespectful, rushed interaction I’ve had. Attitude was a bit much for 730 in the morning. Very snappy, sounded quite cranky. At the window he didn’t even make any eye contact, no smile on his face, practically threw the bag of food at us, didn’t give any napkins, my wraps were burnt to the point where the cheese was black and I couldn’t even Bend the wrap and tasted like the chemicals used to clean the ovens. the taste and smell made me vomit almost instantly. Hash browns were burnt as well. Coffee was the only thing made right. That was the last time I give a Won’t be returning.

Haven't been to dunks in quite a while so was unsure what to get. I was quickly greeted by a rushed individual who seemed so stressed by the total of 5 customers in the store. I suggest you teach employees not to rush customers and have an attitude like you don't want to be there. I'll be taking my business to the many other dunks around. Do better.

Went to get a matcha latte, the person in the window was dismissive, won’t let me finish my sentence, then I got my drink, I took one sip of the drink and it was almost done. Cup was filled with just ice. Not going back there again.

I can’t imagine how the people are still drinking and eating from this place today March 18,2025 I ordered small mango pineapple and one Donut from this place I open the bag to reach out to eat the donut and I saw the bug around the donut and i went back to the person who has the manger or shift leader to show him the bug and he said to me what do you want you want the refund or what I was like excuse me that’s ridiculous I have my receipt and I really I don’t recommend it to anyone to stopping to get something from this place disgusting I spent 5.08 for nothing you should hire someone responsible for that

This service at this Dunkin' Donuts, through the drive through the woman, taking the orders is awful. She sounds like she doesn't even like her job. If you don't like your job, lady, get rid of it. Go somewhere else. The attitude sucks and I just left there. It's 12:05 PM. Today is Monday. November 18th, and to let you know, there was a manager that handed me my coffee cause he was wearing a blue shirt. He should take care of the problem.
