Had to go into the store because the drive-through was packed. Only one customer ahead of me and I was in there for twenty minutes, waiting on a bacon, egg, and cheese wrap. I guess I should've gone through the drive-through. They were getting those customers out as fast as they were driving in. Go figure!!!

Usually I have pretty good, efficient service. Today however was terrible. I went in for my mobile order and the store was packed - which isn’t always a surprise. I accidentally ordered a small coffee instead of a medium and asked if it was possible to change it, which they did and I was appreciative. I proceeded to wait 10 minutes for my hot coffee and donut, AND my coffee ends up being completely wrong. Normally I would have checked right then and there, but because of the chaos I just wanted out and to get back to work. I was so disappointed when I got back to my office and took a sip of my coffee only to find it was wrong.

I got a medium ice blueberry donut coffee and they didn’t put no blueberry or donut syrup. It was just unflavored burnt coffee. Looking at the picture you can see they didn’t put any blueberry or donut syrup flavor.
