The best service I’ve ever had the lady was the nicest ever inside. Also Refresher perfectly the right amount of ice, nice sweet and the service was very fast. Only took him 30 seconds you need to come to the Dunkin’ Donuts the best ever and Dracut

Customer service was sub-par and every employee seemed so depressed to be there. I couldn't eat my donut and completely forgot I had a drink for like 25 minutes into my hour drive, because I was so focused on how sad the crew seemed. I think it could be better with a little motivation there. I don't know. My drink was good, so thank you for that!

The people here tend to be pretty nice but the food quality is some of the worst I’ve had at Dunkin’s. I’m not sure if their equipment is damaged or something but the eggs and bacon are always undercooked. They are seemingly always understaffed and stressed but I can tell they’re trying their best, I just wish the quality was better.

Stopped in tonight, had to use the restroom. The light didn't work, and there was no toilet paper! Normally I would order a Coffee or something. Considering this a 24hr store, this situation is Totally Unexceptable!

I ordered an Iced Macchiato with extra espresso and mocha. I received a cup of chocolate milk. I ordered a maple bacon egg & cheese on a sesame bagel. I received an egg and cheese on a plain bagel.

Couldn't find my receipt but this review goes out to the managers of the black kid named Slim. Give that boy some highly deserved recognition! The great customer service he provides making everyone laugh taking the edge off the stress and wait time, the multitasking skills he has making the drinks and the concern of making sure the cups stay clean and nice separates him from the others and the amount of times I have came in for a drink to see him helping every single one of his comrades and being called. The store gets 3 stars but you Slim get 5.
