We stopped by last Friday. First attempt they forgot an item. Second attempt they got the sandwich’s wrong. The worst part is when I went back to ask them to make the sandwiches correctly I got pretty bad attitude. Needless to say we will be driving further to get our Friday breakfasts at another DD with decent service.

Order placed using app.Visit 1. Missing an entire item when bag is handed.Visit 2. bacon and egg on a croissant with no cheese had sausage instead of bacon and there was cheese. English muffin with turkey sausage, egg and cheese had no sausage and had bacon.When we mentioned the mistake with employee. Very rudely snatched the bag and made the correct order and threw the bag on the counter with an attitude.I under mistakes happen but this location has the most inconsistent customer service. Word to corporate: please coach employees up or coach them out.Will be going to Top Donut with friendlier staff.

I am so tired of spending money to throw down rabbit hole at dunkin' donuts! You sit there forever. You finally get what you ordered and as you drive away, you realize it's wrong. Thanks for trying?

Staff member was extremely unprofessional towards me during order handoff. Staff was swearing during conversation with customers, and the store had a generally dirty appearance.

Started coming to this location because I was so unhappy with the one closer to me on Lakeview Ave. Sam that works in the morning is wonderful. Always make sure to stir my coffees so all the gunk doesn't stay on the bottom. Always pleasant and that's really all I ask for. Haven't ordered food and I don't sit in the drive-thru so I can't respond to that but I do want to say specifically that Sam has been great
All Dunkin’s now suck. Stupid drinks too much food. Takes 9 minutes to get a medium hot coffee, cream only.

Was waitng in line inside for ten minutes before getting waited on ...they care more about the to go orders than the customers in front of them ....horrible

i am allergic to eggs, we told them about that, they put eggs on both of the wake-up-wraps. they always mess up on atleast 3 things between the 5 people living in my household. the service is typically slow, and the workers are nice, the people in line can be annoying, like not pulling up far enough, or hanging back just to annoy you, aswell as people just sitting in theyre cars. as you walk up to the register good chance the worker will walk away. there products usually are too watery, too sweet, or just really wrong! starbucks is where i have started going to, there the coffee is rarely messed up, and is much much better. dunkin needs to do better. Forget about about dunkin and go to places like top donut (SUPER CLOSE) a starbucks, or local coffee shop, dunkin needs to step up theyre game!
