I love that there are so many flavors of coffee to choose from and always a unique flavor of the month. They carry an array of seasonal lattes in the winter. And this is one of the few places you can find a jelly cream donut. There are core staff members who have been there for years.

Took two bites of my sandwich. Bacon, sausage an egg on a croissant. Croissant was cold. Bacon was shriveled and chewy and egg was microwaved. Lazy attempt to make money. This place does not care about food quality.

Came to this location this morning and it looked like the manager was practically hovering over his staff. Criticizing or talking with a negative attitude. Some looked scared and others looked used to it. Those are young kids working there, and for their pay they shouldn’t be belittled.

Love it here, Im a delivery driver and stop here when delivering in the area. I almost always get a breakfast sandwich, the fenway is incredible! Their bagels are always so fresh and chewy, the one time Ive had a coffee ot was delectable. Well done to whole team, clean well stocked location.

Employees always with a horrible attitude , emoloyees doesnt wanna attend the customers after 4 pm and put all the goodies away and when you asked about something that is not in display they look eachother and roll there eyes plus there attitude, one time all employees on there phone ignoring customers that were waiting to buy something like we didnt even exist, someone has to let the owner whats going on in there.

Very disrespectful staff! They need to be trained on how to make coffee how the customer wants it not how they want to make it. I paid for a latte and left without it because they Made it twice incorrect the third time the employee decided to argue. I’ll never visit this location again very poor customer service
Never again will I buy a breakfast sandwich or hash brown patty. My patty was almost flat and burnt and cold. I have a 3 mins ride from this establishment to my work, it should look and feel like it was cooked the day before.…you charge over $2 for this??? My bagel sandwich was completely wrong and didn’t notice until I got to my office. $9 meal in the trash.

Been going here everyday pretty much sense it opened, i live 3 houses away. Today I've never felt more disrespected, while getting my coffee i heard 3 of the kids working inside mock and make comments about me and my hair. They thought i couldn't hear them because the drive through window was closed but that was not the case. I don't really enjoyed being made fun of while I'm at my local coffee spot and the GM/manager will definitely be hearing about this one. Sucks cause i really enjoy this place but will not be coming back
