Been going here everyday pretty much sense it opened, i live 3 houses away. Today I've never felt more disrespected, while getting my coffee i heard 3 of the kids working inside mock and make comments about me and my hair. They thought i couldn't hear them because the drive through window was closed but that was not the case. I don't really enjoyed being made fun of while I'm at my local coffee spot and the GM/manager will definitely be hearing about this one. Sucks cause i really enjoy this place but will not be coming back

The bakery items are great and usually the cooked food is fine. Occasionally I’ll get an over toasted bagel or missing items. The customer service is really poor. The workers and kids are fine for the most part, but the male and female managers have an intimidating and cocky personality. Don’t expect to get any help if they screw up your order.

Working in a restaurant isn't easy, but that doesn't excuse the employee for being rude to me.Please note that if you are ordering donuts at the counter by the dozen, you have to pay FIRST before you make your selections. I was snapped at and treated like I was an inconvenience. I don't mind the process, just the attitude & the way I was spoken to.I will not be returning to this location. Hopefully whatever had the employee in such a foul mood will get better.

Heavenly has always been fantastic- perhaps it was the store we went to. The service was great- the product was not.When I got home with a dozen donuts we dove in. All three of us has stale dry donuts- it was horrible. Not like 1 day old but 2 day old horrible. The special of the week had Lucky Charms on them. Even the cereal topping was soft and chewy- totally gross.This felt more like a Dunkin Donuts experience. The product used to be made in the store and fresh- no longer seems to be the case. We were totally disappointed.

Here's something that did Turned myself off while Viewing they're Pastries ... I noticed that there were flies inside the Display case. Flying side to side landing ? only giving it One ⭐ instead of more.Price of Coffee and 2 pastries $13.00 ? After today and Viewing the Flies on an off the Donuts and Pastries. I will ? be purchasing anything else there.

Closed 10 minutes early l, place already empty and no cars. Either update your hours online or honor the hours you post.Energy infusion is more than twice as expensive as the one at Dunkin’s. It’s $10 here, it’s like $4.50 at dunks.Won’t be returning.
