This place has the worst customer service. I placed my order and I asked for a small black coffee with no milk because I’m lactose intolerant and this young girl seemed like she wasn’t paying attention and she put milk in my coffee. I went back to the store and I asked her to remake it. She took the coffee and threw it out and washed the paper cup the coffee was in so she could reuse that cup I asked her why she was washing the paper cup and she had the biggest attitude I asked her to use another cup and then the manager came from the back and she didn’t know what was going on and she threatened to call the police when I expressed how I felt about their customer service. This place needs to have better customer service.

There are a couple of very rude staff members that work here. The owner is the rudest of them all, she's always sighing as if you're the biggest inconvenience in the world. This isn't a one time thing either, this is like 18 out of the 20 times I've had to interact with her this year. There's another younger woman that mirrors her attitude, especially when they work together. Some of the other staff aren't bad, and there's one stand out employee - a young Indian? guy - he's always very kind and polite. The cashiers tend to forget the baked goods/donuts so check your bags before you leave.

If you want 5 people to blatantly ignore you while you stand at the counter for 10 minutes and leave with cold food this is the go to spot

Long time fan of HD but never going back to the one on 113 in Dracut. Second time ordered online, picked up and order was screwed up. Online order included two muffins, both listed on the receipt but only one in the bag. Counter girl said we only paid for one, it was an online order, system should have totaled bill for both. While waiting in line to pick up heard her tell the person ahead of me the exact same thing. You think maybe they would realize there is a problem with the online order system? Order also included two egg sandwiches with corresponding meat, even though the label for each sandwich listed the correct ingredients, when we got home and opened them, the meats were swapped and one was missing an egg! Lastly they have a designated rack for online order pickup. After not seeing my order there and waiting for them to help that person ahead of me I see see my order sitting on the regular walkup order counter. Waited all that time for nothing only to receive the wrong order. Totally incompetent operation, never going back.

The bakery items are great and usually the cooked food is fine. Occasionally I’ll get an over toasted bagel or missing items. The customer service is really poor. The workers and kids are fine for the most part, but the male and female managers have an intimidating and cocky personality. Don’t expect to get any help if they screw up your order.
