Went through drive through. They can NEVER get orders right no matter how many times you repeat it back. Why is taking someone's order so hard? This was a non existent problem 10- 20 yrs ago. 🙄

Worst McDonald's these kids don't want to work. I do Door Dash and I was out on the drive through for 20 minutes, I had to get it reassigned. At night time they close from 4-5 AM, so you can't order nothing. Pure lazy. You want to go to a McDonald's to the one on Rogers Street in Lowell, at least you'll get your order quick.

Went in to eat with my family. It took 20 minutes from the time we ordered for the food to reach our table and there was NO ONE in the lobby and barely anyone in the drive-through. When the food arrived it was cold and undercooked. The frozen burgers were all pink on the inside and the nuggets were soggy. The workers didn't seem to care about getting orders out as they were fooling around in the back. The woman who brought the food out was kind though. Definitely won't go back.

Absolutely awful in every single possible way. Not only was I charged over 7$ for a filet o fish sandwich but it had HALF a piece of cheese that was only HALF on the sandwich. It had 6x the required amount of tartar sauce on it. It was damn near not edible. We ordered a McChicken sandwich, the chicken patty was hard as a rock. We also ordered a new ranch chicken snack wrap, there was a ranch on one side in only one spot of the entire wrap. They asked us to move up to the third window and then served every car behind us the drive-thru was completely empty by the time we received our food ( super simple order stuff that should have already been ready) I asked for two sauces a barbecue and a ranch both sauces were not included in the bag I had to go back to the window to receive my sauces. This was the dirtiest McDonalds we have ever seen . Garbage cans were over flowing all tables were dirty . ( I had to clean a table off to be able to sit down . The floor by the soda machine was all sticky.
