Came here for the Halloween party this year, was just checking out the restaurant they were passing around a slice of pizza which made us want to get our own small cheese. Everyone was so friendly even at the bar and on the side of the restaurant they had specialty drinks for the holiday as well as posters advertising different. We’re looking forward to teacher trivia on Tuesdays.

THIS PLACE IS THE WORST EVER !!!!!
EVERYTIME I GO HERE I REGRET IT.
I bought 2 steak and cheese subs asked for them toasted, and a order of fries well done, left me standing there for 45 minutes, they forgot to make my food. I get home both subs are soaked and soggy and barely toasted, i take a bite and it tastes like greesy bland hamburg and I paid $13.50 each, I could get at way better sub at market basket for $6.99 hands down. The fries were barely even cooked they look like they just came out of the freezer and thawed out.
$35.00 FOR 2 SUBS AND UNCOOKED FRIES.
if this sounds appetizing by all means throw your money away on food thats always wrong and inedible. Yes...... go somewhere esle, do yourself the biggest favor. This isn't the only time, its everytime I go here, 4 times in 3 years and everytime i regret going to this place, I always get something I didnt even order. Terrible, terrible terrible, I could write terrible a million times and it would not be enough times. AVOID BY ALL MEANS NECESSARY

Scallops tasted sandy (obviously not washed). Stood in front to be seated, no signs that its order & seat yourself! Great bar vibe and super nice bartenders!

The food here is always good. I've been going here since I was a just a kid. I've never had food from here that wasn't good. I highly recommend the Sliced Turkey With Hummus, Avocado, Cucumbers, Lettuce & Tomatoes.

Hit or miss. If they clean the grill and your food doesn’t taste like something else it’s great- unfortunately i tossed my steak and cheese last night due to an overwhelming spice mix that reminded me of mix i use that is basically salt, garlic powder, pepper, and paprika. It was just awful! Due to the late hour i ended up eating cereal (cinnamon toast crunch did not disappoint!) and my husband and i just decided we won’t be going back- as i won’t risk something like this happening again. It’s more than just a complaint call; then i would have to take more time out of my day driving back to get a new one- i was uninterested in this. A busy Friday night is no excuse not to clean your grill.

Used to be a good local spot. Recently the Penny-Pinching Owners have made changes to the menu and Rule over it like Kings. You used to be able order a Haddock Sub like every other New England shop, but now they only offer it in a bulkie roll version. No problem, they can just throw it on a sub roll like the other 20 subs, right? Apparently not, because they don't have a button for it anymore...

As I was passed off to the Manager Vesula(?), who did her best to Enforce the rules her Overbearing Bosses imposed on her, she told me that they could make me a bulkie and charge me for a sub roll, on the side, to do myself...

I told her it was a really silly way to lose business when you have all the ingredients. She told me that they cannot make exceptions, because at that point they might as well add it back to the menu. And I said, I agree, you should tell your boss that and hung up as she was finally starting to cave to get me to shut up.

So Pompous and Short-Sighted of this Owner/mgmt to lose business and be blind to the market they are in. And to instill these responses into their underlings/customer shields. Listen to your Customers or you will lose all your goodwill in this small town and go out of business! The other 1 star reviews paint an accurate picture of this establishment. And the Owner responds to each review trying to gaslight and pass blame to the customer while snarkily thanking them for feedback and doing absolutely no reflection (can't wait for mine!) [EDIT: see below for their non-reply reply. They said they read it and it doesn't deserve a response, but they probably didn't read it and DID give it a response, lol!]. This is apparent by the trend of poor reviews since the opening of your Pub.

You are not Chef Primo in the NorthEnd, you WERE a decent pizza joint in Dracut, but if you alienate Loyal Local customers, you WILL close. Maybe take one less week at your Lake House this summer, and reverse the Shrinkflation you did to your menu. Losing your Business would probably cost you the Whole House!
