Can’t say enough about Primo Pizza - they had great food and an incredibly friendly staff. We hosted a tailgate lunch for 60 college lacrosse players and coaches. I spoke with Georgiana and she made it a seamless process, was reassuring, and had great communication. We threw them a last minute curveball due to a game time change and they even got our order to us an hour earlier than planned. We ordered a variety 20+ pizzas which were a hit, as well as ziti, meatballs, and chicken parm. You know it’s good when there’s no leftovers. Well worth the stop!

You didn’t even give the customer an opportunity to rebut your remarks. That again is not customer service! As far as your comment that only two pieces of lettuce was left, implying that I ate the rest, you wouldn’t know because I cleared all our dishes, etc. from our table. My last comment is … some of the other reviews have mentioned rudeness also. Don’t worry I will NOT be returning to Primo’s in the future. Good reddens … I wish you well.
It's too bad that an establishment like Primo’s, who normally serves great food, will not address a customers complaint. They are so busy at times they do NOT deliver a fresh product. If you bring it to the owner’s attention he’ll shrug it off and ignore your concern! Well, I’ve kept quiet for too long … shame on them … they are not the only eatery in town. If you want a salad that is made with lettuce that is brown and soggy, Primos is the place for you. Don’t waste your time letting the staff or ownership know about your displeasure because you will be ignored … they just don’t care. The big guy there is outright nasty!

Usually the food is top notch, however, a few night ago I ordered a chicken finger sub and it was delivered and 75% of it was all batter and too hard to chew and really small pieces…could not chew it…awful!

My Dad and I go to Primos at least once a week. The food is always fantastic, the atmosphere is great and the staff is amazing. Everyone is always so friendly, kind and accommodating. Our favorite spot!

First time to the new bar! The food was excellent. We had to wait 5 minutes to find a seat at the bar. Tables were full. Wednesday is 50 cent wing night. They were very good!

I go to primos on a regular basis and has become obe of my favorite places. The food is phenomenal and tge service awesome. We had a Christmas party and Primos catered the party. The food was enjoyed by all. Everyone raved over the food and delivery was without a single hitch. Booking and ordering was easy and Primos worked with us to assure we had everything we needed. The delivery was punctual and food was hot and fresh. I know who will be catering for my future parties
The best blue cheese olive dirty martini and spinach pie!!! Entertainment on Mondays is Awesome!!!

Came to the pub to play keno again and they still have no cards or pencils on any tables or around the bar. They are only by the machine in one spot and are blocked by people sitting at the bar. Also its hard to see the tvs with all the chandeliers in the way. Not convient at all! The service one again was pretty sub par as Definitely wouldn't come here to play keno anymore.. to much of an inconvenience!

We had a work event in the new section of Primo’s and it was such an easy process!! Super helpful with setting up the tv to connect to our laptop and willing to reserve multiple tables for a large group of about 35 people. Highly recommend, thanks Primo’s!
