Walked in and ordered some macrons young women behind the counter was very pleasant and answered any questions I had about the flavors, they had traditional flavors and some Asian inspired one.They where very full of flavor and more than a single bite which was great. They I nice chewy marshmallow center, crisp outer shell and had a good amount of filling that you got some in every bite. Also a dozen was only $29 which is an amazing price.

Awful customer service. The owner cancelled the order on me less than a week before my wedding. She told me she would give me a sample of the dessert I wanted and forgot about doing it 2x and I specially told her I wanted to try it first before putting my deposit down to make sure I liked it for all of my guests and then she emailed me saying that because I didn't put my deposit down she cancelled my order and took other clients for the weekend instead. Very unprofessional especially since she was the one who kept apologizing she forgot to make me a sample and then cancelled on me last minute. I had to find another bakery to make my desserts in less than a week. This shows me that she had anothercustomer come in with a larger order $$$ and shewanted to take that one instead of my inexpensive order. Don't trust this bakery she will cancel your orders if there is more money in the next customer. She also argued with me through email, isn't the customer always right even if they are wrong? So unprofessional.This was also her response to a previous post she reported… such a professional response.“This is isn't true. We keep all records of conversations especially for weddings. All records of deposits and scheduled tastings. Never canceled on any one. Actually, the only wedding that has ever been canceled was by the customer who wanted to fly us out of state but we were unable to accommodate. Must be mistaken for another bakery. We are certainly glad that you've taken the time to devote your energy for an experience that didn't exist to begin with. That means we are doing what we need to do. But since you're so sour about our business, please stopby and treat yourself to some delicious Sweets to get that nasty taste out your mouth. Have a blessed day!!”

I ordered a cheesecake from the other side of the country for a local friends birthday, she and I sharing the concept that cheesecake is in class all its own for a dessert. I sent another friend to pick it up and deliver it for me. Upon arrival I was told it was quite possibly the best she'd had, I should be jealous that I couldn't sample it for myself and assured it was most appreciated gift she got. Thank you. ya'll did a great job.

Horrible customer service!! Canceled twice on a wedding tasting for my friend, then made up some excuse that she didn't put a deposit down on time....after canceling twice. She's not going to buy in bulk if she can't taste it first. So unprofessional!!
