Elizabeth bakes one of the best cakes I've ever had in my life. Our wedding was almost 2 years ago and we still think about the cake frome time to time. Elizabeth is very nice and patiently to work with. Im so happy I found her at the last minute for my daughter’s 1st birthday. The decoration was simple and elegant. I love the passion fruit flavor and the cake was so moist even days after. I wish we had more time to discuss about the decoration though to make it look more like a kiddy birthday cake.I will definitely come back next time and recommend her to my friends.

Elizabeth worked with me and took my vision (pictures found on Pinterest) to a reality with a stunning tiered cake with cascading gradient colored mini flowers. The interior was a tuxedo chocolate and vanilla layer cake with the lightest melt-in-your-mouth buttercream frosting we'd ever had. It was absolutely delicious! I am so lucky that I found Elizabeth and Sweet Tales Cake Boutique. We were engaged in April and planning a July wedding. Three months to plan is not a long time. The first bakery I was going to use told us about a month and half before our wedding that they wouldn’t be able to make our cake. This is where I panic. I contacted Elizabeth and she was so easy to work with. She responded to emails quickly and the process from choosing a flavor to design was easy. I had a vision of what I wanted and described it to her. She did not disappoint. When I saw the cake on my wedding day, I loved it. In my opinion, wedding cake is at best mediocre but this cake was so delicious that I want to have another event just so I can order another cake.

Elizabeth was absolutely phenomenal to work with. She met with my fiancée (now wife) and I to discuss the possible cake designs prior to the pandemic and we were blown away by Elizabeth. She was so prepared to answer our questions and turned our vague thoughts and ideas into concrete possibilities. Her samples were absolutely divine and we were quickly able to see, and taste, just how amazing Elizabeth’s designs would be. We loved Elizabeth's personality and how she told us to be honest about what we were thinking about the flavors. My wife does not have a palette for passionfruit, which we discovered during the tasting, and Elizabeth was very receptive when my wife told her this. Elizabeth has perfected her cake recipe and infuses flavors into the cake and the buttercream layers, which makes for a divine combination. We fell in love with two flavors, strawberry and almond, so Elizabeth proposed to use strawberry for two layers and almond for the third in the middle- resulting in exactly what we had hoped for!We had to postpone our wedding due to the pandemic but Elizabeth was with us every step of the way in rescheduling and fine tuning our cake design. We had run into some scheduling chaos, going back and forth between two possible delivery days, and Elizabeth and her team were so patient and accommodating for our needs. Nicole delivered our cake and was so incredibly great! She opened the entire cake box to ensure nothing moved during transportation and repackaged the cake before putting it in the refrigerator. The instructions we were given about the cake softening were specific and clear so it would be ready for us to cut on our wedding day.The cake on the day of our wedding was absolutely perfect! The design was incredible and the taste was everything that my wife and I had dreamed of. We had asked for fruits as decorations on the cake, which were so beautiful and fresh- Elizabeth uses fruits from her own garden, which is truly spectacular!
