I ordered a large number of donuts from here for my wedding dessert. I walked in one day to order and the counter staff was so nice, and I thought that would be it. Then, the owner exceeded my expectations by calling me to talk through the order and made sure it was exactly what I wanted. He even discussed ways he could modify some of the donuts to make sure I got my money worth in ingredients while allowing them to be hung on a donut peg board. Pick up was seamless and the owner even texted me after the wedding to see how the donuts were. Besides the customer service, people LOVED the donuts and they couldn’t have been more of a hit. Thank you Kostas and Top Donut team!

Love this place! I ordered 11 dozen donuts for work online, two days in advance. They were ready, fresh and delicious. The process was easy, fast and the donuts so good!
Highly disappointed and won’t be returning. Ordered two coffees and specified how I’d like them. They tasted like sour milk and no sugar (I asked for extra) . The girls were rude from the second we pulled up. I tried ordering a donut for my picky toddler and they didn’t have the kind we requested so I kindly asked what other flavors they had and got an attitude from the girl who didn’t want to tell me through the drive thru what they did have available. I wasn’t going to ask for my coffees to be remade by people who didn’t want to make them to begin with it’s seems. Since new ownership has taken over this location it’s gone down hill. I will never return. A waste of 7$ and my time. I’ll go to my usual Lowell location from now on.

The donuts were very fresh at 5:pm much to my surprise. I got a variety of donuts equalling 1 dozen. All were delicious. The staff was attentive and friendly.

Hands down, the best donuts around! Friendly, kind service, good prices. These donuts didn't taste like fake sugar and canola oil - they're the real deal. Their specialty donuts are decadent masterpieces, and their regular donuts blow their competition out of the water. We'll be back, and I can't wait to taste everything else!
