I don't know if it's BECAUSE I ordered ahead in the app, but I did, probably in the 5 to minute range before I got to the restaurant. I get to the drive through tell them my name and they sys the all set. I had two vehicles in front of me that took some time to get their orders. I get to the window and I get my drink in a minute our so then waited about 10 minutes for my meal. It didn't matter that I ordered ahead, I STILL had to sit there and wait for my "fast food" to get to me. If they said: "sorry for the wait, they're finishing you sandwich (or whatever it was) now and it would be another couple of minutes, I would be more understanding, but they didn't. I just sat there. I almost turned my car off as to not waste gas. I was not happy. And if it doesn't show the location, the is was the Wendy's at Arlington Street in Dracut.

This place is in desperate need of a renovation, it’s very dirty and run down. If you walk-in rather than drive-thru, you could be waiting 15+ minutes at times and that definitely makes me think twice whenever I’m in the area. Sorry!

Went to the drive thru ... ordered the 5 dollar biggie bag..had ti repeat myself 4 separate times tells me 5.35 ... soon I get to the window takes my cars n charges my card 31 dollars so I tell him that's not my order ... had to wait for manager to come to cancel order n hands me cash ... like whaaaaat why no apologies or anything n tells me she canceled the order but I'm like why can't it be returned to my card that's how we do it ... then the guy asks me again what I ordered for the 5th time I'm like wow so you guys mess up on my order charge me hand me cash n I still have to pay with no apologies ok .... 5 dollar biggie bag jr bacon with coke n sweet n sour... I get home I have BBQ sauce with Dr pepper no coke ... order is still wrong

Beware of large fries, the amount they give you, looks the same as a medium.so pay why pay extra ?
The glass of their entry door was broken months ago and has been replaced with plywood and is still plywood. They have a big drink machine that should have like 15 selections, and there was only one section available, and the girl behind the counter, handed it to me I saw a cockroach on the wall. Never again.

I just order a maple bacon chicken Breakfast sandwich and there was no bacon! Employees need to be more better and fulfill customers’ order carefully , and it’s not even about fullfilling the order correctly ,it’s a sandwich on their menu, if they don’t have bacon then should tell customers ahead, I would have gone back but was too far already. This place so many bad reviews , if I read the one about workers not wearing gloves or wearing the same one over and over , I would have not gone here, but it near my house, it’s ok next time we skip this place.

Not sure if it’s just me but every time I come to with Wendy’s it’s disgusting dirty place cashiers use the same glove to prepare food, no one with long hair is wearing a hair net
