The people are extremely nice but ordering is very disorderly. It is not systematic as in offering you a drink, getting menus, then coming back to take your order. They are ALWAYS short staffed, the staff is stressed, service horrible (unless it is not peak times and is slow) - and the owner does not care that his customers are not happy or being treated improperly.
