If I could give this place negative stars i would you cannot understand the staff.The bagel is either hard as a rock or mushy.They can never get the coffee right hash browns are always ice cold. I will not be returning

Etwal and her team are always on point with your order. She always has a smile on her face and treats you as if you’re part of her family. I drive across town every day just to grab a coffee from this location because the coffee is always fresh and the wait time is minimal. — JZ

Was the only one in line and took the lady 10 mins. Egg was literally ice cold couldn’t even eat the sandwich. Drink was poorly quality and also not even made right missing half the ingredients.

Can't say I'm too impressed. I ordered with the mobile app and when I got there they gave me my drink but didn't even know what else I ordered when it was on the app and then when they did give me my food it was the wrong type of food.

Rude workers. Got our order wrong. We orders two strawberry dragon fruit refreshers but forgot to specify with lemonade. You would think as a worker she should ask if we wanted lemonade, green tea, or water, right? No, she just made them with green tea and we politely said at the window it is supposed to be with lemonade. She was extremely rude about it. Claimed she knew who we were and that we have “done this before.” Not worth it, go to the dunkin by the court house.

They keep messing up my order. I order the same thing every day but I never know what I'm actually going to get it's soo frustrating when I'm looking at the receipt and see what I actually order but pulling out something that's not what I wanted. Happens way to often. My fault for not checking i understand.
This is my loaded hashbrowns $6 no queso and 1 tiny piece of bacon . I will never go here again . This isn't the first time this has happened

This one is just a drive thru. The people seem ok. They make sure your order is correct. The coffee tastes good. The workers are pleasant. I’d go back and have gone back.

Grabbing donuts today and this is what I received. I nearly complain about small things since I have worked for Webster Dunkin’s for a while in the past I know what it’s like but I think this a kind of unacceptable. When I asked for napkins i received only one for this chocolate tunnel I would have go through to reach for my donuts.
