Best Milkshakes in Central MA. Very good and unique lineup of ice cream flavors. The only negative comment i have is that all employees should be trained to make milkshakes in a consistent manner. Other than that, favorite Ice cream shop.

Didn't like this place. Hot fudge was heated up in a microwave. Ice cream was freezer burnt. Definitely AVOID this please at all costs. One person working with a store full of customers. Worse ice cream place I've ever been to.
100% average and nothing special My daughter and I decided after seeing the website specials to take the 12 mile drive today and see for ourselves how good the Ice Cream Pharm is.To start, it's pretty inconvenient they only serve starting at 3pm- it should be open by 1pm imo Now to our ice cream choices:My daughter was excited to try the ADVERTISED SPECIAL CARAMEL HEATHBAR CHOCOLATE CHIPOnly to find when we arrived exactly at 3pm to be told they didn't have any. Seriously? The owner didn't have the consideration to check before opening that their website advertised special was not available? Hmmm. So my daughter tried a hot fudge Sundae with the graham central station. I had the Blueberry crumble,Sadly Neither of us were impressed. The ice cream was nothing special and bland. At $9 per Sundae we expected much more and the whipped cream wasn't even thick - I expected home made for that price. Won't be back again and TBH it was not memorable in any way except for the price.
