I got a ham egg and cheese sandwich with a decaf coffee. The coffee was pretty good. I usually get flavored decaf, but they only use syrups which is a disappointment. Flavored beans are the real deal, so I was not expecting a good coffee but I was surprised. The food came out quickly, friendly staff. The egg sandwich was okay. Fresh eggs is a plus as many locations resort to frozen. The meat was good. The bagel was off. Not really sure what it was, but it threw the sandwich off a bit. It was $10 which I thought was slightly on the higher side. Most places with gourmet coffee and fresh eggs with freshly baked bagels are $7.5-$8

Got breakfast this morning! My boyfriend and I got the Pumpkin dirty chai. His was ordered hot and and mine iced. His was lukewarm, mine had a few ice cubes that melted. As someone who loves my hot drinks real hot and iced drinks real cold I hope this can be improved! Otherwise, the drinks were so delicious and staff was wonderful.I highly recommend! ☺️Vegetarian options: Bagel egg and cheese was very good.

This coffee is now my favorite of all coffee in this area! My kids and I loved the breakfast quesadillas and went back the next day for more. The staff were kind and welcoming and helpful with order suggestions.

I come here once in a while and everytime the workers are the friendliest and sweetest people! I don’t know their names I wish I got them because they truly deserve recognition. There was a creepy and stalker man around his late 20s I would say at the location who came in and was being inappropriate and waited outside on the day I visited I definitely got caught off guard but these ladies working were amazing and one of them even walked me to my car due to situation and it honestly made me feel better as he started to try to follow us near my car. I do promise this location is safe and I do highly recommend going here. Food and drinks are amazing and so is the atmosphere. I never do reviews but they definitely deserve a highly rated review. The people working are some of the top people I have ever met who actually do care for the customers with such good service!
Best coffee shop around! They have the absolute best fresh coffee, and food is made to order. The real win here is the staff, they're friendly, and you get an experience that can't be beat at a chain coffee shop.

I'm always more than willing to give a fair review if it's deserved. I'm an espresso aficionado and only purchase organic beans and they must be fresh. I purchased organic medium roast Peru beans recently from the Dudley branch. My experience has always been spot on when it comes to fresh roasted beans and I'm a stickler regarding this as well as insisting that when I purchase coffee beans the bag must be not only high quality and well constructed as well as having a "Roasted On" date and never a "Best used by" date Anyone that owns their own Espresso machine knows what I'm inferring. The bags used are inferior- first off they are not sealed at the top as all high quality bags are (In other words, when you release the tabs at the top of the bag, it's not sealed at all and the beans can oxidize faster due to this oversight and they do not have a breather button on the bag as well. My beans were old, stale, and gross. I won't be back. I even asked a girl behind the counter how I'm supposed to know the roasted on date when it doesn't even list it and was told to "subtract 6 months from the Best used by" date which was inaccurate. I trashed the entire $20 bag. It was gross On the bright side the Pastries are very good. I was just very unhappy with the quality of the beans...they simply were stale and there's no other way to say it. I will now just continue to buy my beans online as that is the only way I can obtain fresh roasted beans.
