Love coming here for breakfast before I start the day.
Service: is fairly fast
Food :is just incredible!
Atmosphere : this is where u wanna be to start the day
This is a cozy little place with an excellent selection of breakfast and lunch. It also has homemade bakery items. The coffee part of the cafe is underwhelming, but it has the basics.
I hope the owner reads this. In my opinion and I'm sure many others would share it, Farmhouse Cafe is sitting on a huge missed opportunity. Real, decent coffee and espresso drinks.
I was so excited when I moved to Pepperell 3 years ago to see this cafe only 5 minutes away. I couldn't wait to go check it out, imagining meeting friends for breakfast on a rainy Saturday or brining my laptop there one morning. Call me a snob, but what really attracts me to a place like this is getting a latte or mocha or cappuccino etc.
Imagine how disappointing it is to walk in and stare at a bunch of Folgers and Maxwell house drip coffee canisters, which i can easily make at home in 1 to 2 minutes. Besides the breakfast, which i hear is great, why would anyone come here? Im not a breakfast person, so I have not desire to patronize. I would in a heartbeat though if it was an actual coffee house.
Please give it some thought. Pepperell/Dunstable *needs* a cozy coffee house independent shop to compete with the 2 Dunkin Donuts nearby. You can lean into our New England charm with maple lattes. Pumpkin spice in fall. You would not lose your current clientele but would gain much more with some real, legitimate coffee/espresso and a Barista instead of the folders canisters that anyone can make at any time.
Small place, but lots of takeout.
Stopped for the first time today, after driving past it numerous times over the last several years while my daughter is in college. I had the Smoked Caprese Panini and it was easily one of the best sandwiches I have ever had! It is also very welcoming inside and everyone is super nice and friendly. I will be back!
Everything is delicious. Everyone is friendly. Our go to place for breakfast especially.

The Bbq beef sandwich was soggy and had barely any meat. Wayy too much bbq sauce I could barely eat it. Menu is definitely hit or miss, as the Benedicts were great.

Instant favorite cafe, got waffles with strawberries, a bagel, coffees and a strawberry banana smoothie. It was all great. And even more, all the staff were super nice.

Great little breakfast and lunch place. Clean, friendly, nicely decorated. They have biscuits for breakfast and simple syrup for ice coffee. Good selection of sandwiches, salads and pastries. Even have a bike rack out front.

It's definitely a hidden gem☆ And I love the ambiance of cyclists that pass through from Medford, MA to various places in NH, to locals. It needs to expand its size and breakfast items.
Delicious discovery all around!!!

I left the below review years ago and have since been in only twice. When you have generic coffee there is no point of going there.
So this place is exactly what Dunstable needed. A local coffee shop that is unique to the town. The food is good and fairly priced.
BUT... a cafe is only as good as its coffee and unfortunately they chose a mediocre coffee. They had an opportunity to separate themselves from Dunkins down the street and get a locally roasted coffee from a place like Java Tree in Manchester or A&E from Amherst, NH, etc. But instead they chose to go with a coffee as generic as Foldgers or Maxwell House. There is nothing unique about "New England" brand coffee. It's a mediocre coffee that every other diner and convenience store sells for $1 a cup. It's very disappointing. I would go here for the food but since I buy coffee and breakfast together I will have to go elsewhere where they have better coffee.

Very limited seating area but the service is great and the food is very good! My pet peeve is they only serve hash browns for a choice of potato.... No home fries available. Didn't like them not much taste kind of dry.
