I would recommend that they hire someone with English skills to answer their phones.... Very disturbing, like a Kafka story.....

"Inconsistent" is the word for this location. Sometimes I go in and the staff are friendly and I can chat with them, and sometimes it's like tonight where the cashier stared as his phone the entire time I was paying, giving me 0 attempt of friendliness, gave me 0 indication that my payment did go through and I was set to leave (I had to ask "am I all set or what?") at which point he only mumbled in response and still never looked up from his phone. I'm pretty sure I could've only pretended to pay and he wouldn't have noticed. The food quality is usually fine on its own but I find they miss my "light sauce" request on pizzas like 90% of the time. If not for Dominos app having some insanely good deals I'd be going elsewhere instead but I can't beat the deals.

I wish I read the reviews before ordering. As others have said this location will say the order has been delivered when it hasn't. After waiting for 45 mins I called the store, they said it will be there in 3 mins. That was 20 mins ago. I'm getting hangry.

Placed an order at 1:21 just received the order now just a bit after 3! I called at 2:15ish to ask what was happening and was told it would be here in 15 minutes.I got notification of delivery driver on the way at 2:30 and we only live ~10 min away. My pizza was hardly cooked and my mom’s pizza was inedible! For the amount of money I paid I’m glad I hardly ever order from them!
Today placed online order someone decided to click buttons from checking out for delivery to delivered and was not here. I called explained sir don't worry about it. When should I expect my order sir don't worry about it. When is the food left store sir don't worry about it. So I started yelling cause I want to know answers. I get sir don't worry about it. So I admit i got nasty over phone cause wouldn't answer questions. They hung up I called several times they would hang up. Delivery driver showed up they answer phone I want to talk to manager the sir don't worry about it guy slightly changed his voice and I tell him driver here why was everything put thru and said delivered when it's not. He tells me driver will be there soon. I said do you listen to what I said? I asked driver did you hear me ask for manager and did you hear me say you where standing here . The driver verbally said yes so they could hear on phone. After I ask questions and don't answer. They say so what did you ask? I said I am not paying for this order till you can answer questions I have asked. The driver said he was going to leave I said that's OK. Then same person calls back on a number that is not listed as dominos and now I am getting cell phone calls from unknown numbers I answered phone person didn't care what went on wanted to know if I canceled order I said yes the driver already left he informed me and i called back to get name of manager on duty we not allowed to tell you that they will call you

We did carryout for the first time ever, and my kids loved the area where kids can watch the pizzas being made. The workers were so polite, hamming it up for them. Pizza was just as my kids wanted.
